**Principal Responsibilities**
+ Drive the design and manage product platforms so that it offers strong value propositions to securities customers.
+ Articulate the product vision of what is to be built and convey the vision to Agile software development team.
+ Propose and drive the delivery of initiatives to support securities business and to offer quality customer journey.
+ Ensure compliance obligations for the Group and relevant regulatory authorities are fulfilled, be familiar with relevant regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**

+ Leadership quality in handling conflicts and decision making.
+ Quick learner to grasp the evolving business need and be a team player to seek various team support within bank.
+ Strong self-motivation and able to work independently under pressure.
+ Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

**In this role you will**
+ Formulate and elevate the proposition especially on longevity and retirement by designing fresh, life-stage-led customer journeys and an engaging ecosystem that helps clients plan, grow and enjoy their wealth for longer.
+ Gauge customer insight analysis and market intelligence to identify emerging long-term wealth needs and trends, translate into end-to-end execution-refining the product suite, sharpening customer offers and expanding "beyond banking" privileges (e.g., lifestyle and health/wellness touchpoints where appropriate) to drive awareness and business conversion
+ Support the development and elevation of the Premier Elite affluent/HNW proposition across the client continuum in Hong Kong to drive acquisition, relationship deepening and portfolio management outcomes, with focus on long-term wealth and longevity needs

**To be successful you will need**
+ University graduate with business studies related discipline with solid experience in banking or product management.
+ Familiar with sales and distribution framework and keep in pace with the ever-changing market conditions
+ Strong personal drive and can work independently and proactively
+ Strong project management skills in supporting the development and implementation of initiatives and possess the ability to solve problems promptly and effectively
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
+ Strong numerical ability, analytical and PowerPoint presentation skills
