Responsibilities:

• Production Line Support and Monitoring:
  
  Responsible for supporting and monitoring the daily operations of designated production lines to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
• Quality Control:
  
  Strictly execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), perform quality checks, and ensure products meet safety and quality standards.
• Output and Efficiency Management:Assist in achieving daily production targets, monitor production efficiency, and promptly report any anomalies.
• Record Keeping and Reporting:
  
  Accurately fill out production records, equipment logs, quality control forms, and other relevant documentation.
• Material Arrangement:
  
  Assist supervisors in the arrangement and allocation of raw materials.
• Team Collaboration:

Requirements:

• F.5 above or diploma.
• Food Factory Production Officer:
  
  At least 1 year of relevant work experience in food production.
• Senior Food Factory Production Officer:
  
  At least 3 years of relevant work experience, including 1 year of team guidance or group leader experience.
• Basic knowledge and interest in food production safety and hygiene; familiarity with HACCP and GMP is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English and Chinese reading and writing; able to read and understand work instructions.
• Proficient in using Chinese input methods on computers.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Must be able to work shifts (5 days a week, with Sundays off).
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

. This role sits within the core Service Quality Department, focused on ensuring the quality and compliance of investment products and services throughout the delivery process.

Key Details:

Team: You will join a team responsible for overseeing the delivery quality of investment products and services.

Core Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize quality control systems and processes for investment products.

Review materials for new investment product or service launches.
