**Requirements**
 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
 Minimum **8-12 years** of experience in HVAC service, with **at least 3-5 years** in a supervisory or managerial role.
 Proven hands-on experience with **centrifugal chiller systems** (water‑cooled chillers), including maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhauls.
 Strong technical expertise in **centrifugal chillers** , including compressors, lubrication systems, purge systems, controls, and system optimization.
 Solid understanding of chiller teardown, overhaul processes, commissioning, and performance testing.
 Ability to lead **root-cause analysis** and resolve complex or escalated technical issues.
 Familiar with service documentation, maintenance records, commissioning reports, and technical compliance requirements.
Demonstrated capability to **lead, coach, and develop technical teams** (mechanics and service engineers).
 Ability to conduct performance reviews, technical assessments, and skill development planning.
 Strong customer-facing skills with experience managing service reviews and long-term customer relationships.

+ The Client Service Manager (CSM) is the dedicated client advocate for ISV clients, ensuring they receive a consistently high standard of service across the Corporate Trust business. The CSM works closely with key internal stakeholders-such as Coverage Teams, DCM, Digital Asset, ECM and Structured Finance-to coordinate support and deliver seamless client outcomes. The role will also be focused around cash-flow modelling and reporting for a wide spectrum of securitisation asset classes (RMBS, CMBS, Auto Loans, BNPL, Consumer Loans, Leases, Receivables, Student Loans, Energy Receivables and Covered Bonds) and will include the modelling, set-up and delivery of: asset/portfolio data, payment priority waterfalls, structural deal mechanics, investor reporting, portfolio performance reporting and regulatory template reporting.
+ The CSM's coverage spans a broad range of Corporate Trust solutions, including bond transactions (for example structured and conventional standalone debt, large debt programmes, structured programmes and structure finance).
+ While operations are managed separately, CSM supports all other aspects of these products. A core responsibility is overseeing post-closing, day-to-day servicing of Corporate Trust transactions-particularly large conventional and structured debt programmes in Hong Kong and across Asia Pacific. This includes responding to client enquiries, managing consent and amendment requests, monitoring covenant submissions, and conducting periodic transaction reviews.
+ To deliver smooth end-to-end client experience, the CSM partners regularly with Bank Relationship Managers, Business Development, Transaction Management, Business Support and Operations during onboarding and throughout the client lifecycle, especially when issues arise. The CSM also acts as the primary escalation point for client-related matters within their assigned portfolio.

**Customer Contact Centre**
Hang Seng's Customer Contact Centre has been ranked one of the best phone banking service providers for consecutive years. Our team strives to provide professional services for a wide range of banking products to address customers' different services and financial needs.
We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as **Senior Customer Service Manager (Card and Loans Section)** , reporting to Head of Customer contact Centre
**Principal responsibilities**
+ To lead, manage and motivate the Call Centre Customer Service Department (Card and Loans) to deliver best-in-class service, meeting or exceeding all KPIs and within budget. This critical team is accountable for providing seamless one-stop-shop service to customers and driving up sales opportunities through different contact channels with our customers.
+ To be responsible for end-to-end customer contact processes and the associated customer experience, supporting cross team initiatives to drive improvements, improve efficiency and reduce complaints as well as increase the NPS of Call Centre.
+ To participate in implementing transformational contact centre technologies to help drive modernization of Call Centre and customer experience, leveraging channel shift and self-serve.
+ To ensure compliance with all relevant internal guidelines and external regulatory requirements, including management of operational risk and adherence to the bank's standard of ethical behavior.
**Requirements**
+ University graduate in business, operations management or finance
+ Proven experience in managing consumer/retail banking channels and call centres, including strategy execution, products support, hotlines setup, phone banking projects, sales and service management
+ Sound operations and people management knowledge of branches and call centres, preferably with experience in managing a team of 50+ staff.
+ Strong background in call centres and digital banking, covering various products including Insurance, cards, loans and mortgages.
+ Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

**Principal Accountabilities: Key activities and decision making areas**

- Plan and delivery high caliber and engaging wellness, sports and recreational programmes and facilities
- Creating new activities to stimulate participation rates
- Ensure programmes and activities are delivered on-time and within budget
- Ensure that health and safety of the participants are always considered for each of the activities/events/facilities
- Manage formal records of costs and statistics for individual activity and event to enable on-going review of the efficacy
- Develop and manage entity events and activities communication on digital channel, i.e. WayFoong Apps, newsletter and intranet to drive awareness and participation
- Coordinate with Technology team on the on-going update and releases of WayFoong Apps and new registration platform
- Support in the organizing large scale entity wide events (e.g. Sports Day, Singing Contest and Festive Events)
- Promote and coordinate Community Chest events within the bank and drive staff donations
**Customers / Stakeholders**
- Liaising with other Departments and external organisations to ensure timely delivery of proposed activities and share best practice
- Support the Sports and Recreation Manager in preparing of event communication and ideas for improvement on digital communication

**Operational Effectiveness & Control**
+ Work in partnership with the Sports Club Treasurer and Sports and Recreation Manager to manage the total programme budget

**Major Challenges (The challenges inherent in the role that require a continual test of the role holder's abilities)**
- Compliance with HSBC Group standards, whilst accommodating specific organisational requirements
- The job holder is required to plan and organise bank wide employee programmes and events ensuring the successful delivery of employee benefits. It is important to work within budgets and policy but at the same time, dealing with people also requires sound judgment and flexibility with decisions often having to be made on the spot. The role requires a solid network both internally and externally to help develop an interesting and relevant calendar of events and at the same time solicit support for bank wide events and environmental activities.
**Role Context** (The environment and operating conditions of the role including the extent of guidance and authority)
The job is part of the Wayfoong Sports Club (WSC) which was established in 1974. Its primary objectives are to promote and organise sports and recreational activities for its members, which currently number 23,000.
The job holder is required to promote a full range of employee programmes through digital channels such as the Wayfoong Sports Club App, internet and newsletter, in areas relating to sports, recreation, community, health, retirement, volunteering and environment.
The job holder refers to the GSM and relevant HR manuals and BIMs where possible and will make recommendations on updates to these as and when required. The scope of this post is wide and requires a high degree of initiative, autonomy and discretion
The job holder must be adapt and able to manage internal stakeholders as well as external service providers many of whom are now Global providers to ensure a consistent high standard of delivery and a seamless transition for the customer.
**Management of Risk (Operational Risk / FIM requirements)**
The jobholder will ensure that the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation.
The jobholder will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
This will be achieved by ensuring all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring. Also by addressing any areas of concern in conjunction with line management and/or the appropriate department.
**Observation of Internal Controls (Compliance Policy / FIM requirements)**
The jobholder will also adhere to and be able to demonstrate adherence to internal controls. This will be achieved by adherence to all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records and, where appropriate, by the timely implementation of internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.
**Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications**
The role holder will ideally have knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- University (BA) or (BS)
- Demonstrated event organization knowledge, ideally experience of coordination of large scale internal and external events and engagement with vendors
- Ability to interact and manage a cross section of employees are different banding
- Ideally to have experience in managing sports and recreational programmes
- Ability to manage and mitigate operational risk effectively
- Experience working across cultures
- Experience of managing and coordinating events in various locations in Hong Kong
- Understanding of the HSBC Group and its strategy
- Knowledge of the external environment
