**About the role**
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Maintenance & Servicing**
+ Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on centrifugal chillers (e.g., Carrier, York, Trane, etc.).
+ Perform inspection and calibration of critical chiller components.
+ Monitor and analyze chiller performance data, vibration patterns, refrigerant levels, and operating pressures.
**2. Troubleshooting & Repair**
+ Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control faults in centrifugal chillers.
+ Rectify compressor issues, refrigerant leaks, oil system abnormalities, and control system alarms.
+ Supervisor our mechanic to perform overhauls of compressors, motors, gearboxes, related rotating equipment and replace defective components (valves, sensors, actuators, control boards, etc.).
**3. Technical Support**
+ Provide technical advice to clients, facility teams, and internal departments.
+ Recommend system optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and reliability.
+ Assist in root‑cause analysis for major equipment failures.
**4. Documentation & Reporting**
+ Prepare service reports, maintenance records, checklists, and parts usage logs.
+ Maintain accurate history of equipment performance and service activities.
+ Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to supervisor and customers.
**5. Safety & Compliance**
+ Follow all safety procedures, lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO), confined space, and refrigerant handling standards according to Carrier EH&S standard
+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations (ASHRAE, local codes, environmental and refrigerant management laws).
**Requirements**
**Education & Experience**
+ Higher Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related disciplines.
+ 3-5 years of experience in servicing centrifugal chillers or large HVAC systems.
+ Experience with major chiller brands preferred.
**Technical Skills**
+ Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, and rotating machinery.
+ Skilled in diagnosing faults in compressors, motors, VFDs, oil systems, and control systems.
+ Ability to read wiring diagrams, P&ID drawings, and mechanical schematics.
+ Familiarity with microprocessor‑based chiller controls ).
**Certifications (Preferred)**
+ Registered Electrical worker Class A / B.
+ Safety training: LOTO, confined space, first aid, etc.
**Soft Skills**
+ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
+ Good communication and customer‑handling ability.
+ Able to work independently and under pressure.
+ Willingness to work on-site, in mechanical rooms, and during emergency call-outs.

+ Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, ISO 20022, SWIFT, and payment engine design/operating principles; familiarity with modern engineering practices and tooling including Agile, Kafka, Kubernetes, CI/CD, AI.
+ Intellectually curious: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technology risks and develop mitigation strategies with the ability to grow detailed knowledge of operational risk management & regulatory landscape within payments.
+ Demonstrable capabilityto lead, motivate, and develop high-performing global teams, driving consistent outcomes across Asia markets.

**In this role, you're expected to:**
+ Give advice on portfolio issues and meet clients on a regular basis.
+ Recommend tailor-made, individually-optimized, investment portfolio for clients
+ Monitor and oversee portfolio quality
+ Monitor portfolio performance of the business as a whole
+ Provide training to internal staff on portfolio-related matters
+ Give regular presentation to clients
**As a successful candidate, you'd ideally have the following skills and exposure:**
+ University graduate in Finance or related discipline, preferably a CFA holder
+ Five years of relevant experience working as relationship manager, portfolio counselor, fund manager, financial advisor, etc
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong analytical skill
+ Good knowledge of investment products and portfolio-optimizing software
+ Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
+ Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) (and/or Certified Banker (CB)) (include as appropriate) under the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage

Responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to key accounts, medical professionals in private sector, hospitals and institutional accounts. The incumbent will report directly to Sales Manager.
**Key responsibilities**
+ Performs the calls on assigned customers at specified frequency and ensures achievement of sales volume.
+ Develops and maintains relationships with assigned customers and potential new accounts.
+ Monitors customer stocks and purchases and negotiates orders to maximize sales potential.
+ Keeps customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.

+ Minimum 2 years' experience as buyer, merchandiser in supply chain

+ Communicative level of Chinese and English
