Job Responsibilities 工作職責
- Prepare ingredients and cook dishes; 預備和處理食材，烹調菜餚以滿足客人需求;
- Ensure all procedures are conducted safely and meet IHG service standards, including personal hygiene and food safety; 確保所有程序符合安全標準，並符合IHG服務標準及個人和食品衛生要求。
Job Requirements 職位要求
- Knowledge of food and beverage with excellent cooking skills; 具備良好的餐飲知識和出色的烹調技巧;
- Good command of Cantonese and basic English communication; 能流利使用粵語，具基本英語溝通能力;
- Holder of culinary or related certification, or at least 1 year of hotel experience; 持有烹飪或相關證書，或具備一年酒店工作經驗者優先考慮。
