**Principal responsibilities**
+ Oversight on the end-to-end high-net-worth investment customer journey including but not limited to client on-boarding process, internal system design, product workflow and customer management.
+ Provide support to or manage projects, initiatives or programmes related to the department. May include leading / assisting with defining the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes
+ To review and formulate internal policies and procedures to maintain high customer service quality and compliance standard
+ Collaborate with other departments in driving investment compliance initiatives
+ To ensure the sales activities are complied with the Group's / Bank's internal control standards, that all activities are conducted according to the related guideline and procedure manuals
**Requirements**
+ University degree /or proven banking / investment experience. Candidate with experience in proposition management or middle offices from Private Banking is preferred.
+ Proven track record in Manager level or in a similar role
+ Good knowledge of investment products and business
+ Proficiency in both Chinese and English
+ Strong PC skills and familiar with the application software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
+ Strong organization skills, logical thinking skills and analytical skills
+ Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
