**Principal responsibilities**
+ Oversight on the end-to-end high-net-worth investment customer journey including but not limited to client on-boarding process, internal system design, product workflow and customer management.
+ Provide support to or manage projects, initiatives or programmes related to the department. May include leading / assisting with defining the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes
+ To review and formulate internal policies and procedures to maintain high customer service quality and compliance standard
+ Collaborate with other departments in driving investment compliance initiatives
+ To ensure the sales activities are complied with the Group's / Bank's internal control standards, that all activities are conducted according to the related guideline and procedure manuals
**Requirements**
+ University degree /or proven banking / investment experience. Candidate with experience in proposition management or middle offices from Private Banking is preferred.
+ Proven track record in Manager level or in a similar role
+ Good knowledge of investment products and business
+ Proficiency in both Chinese and English
+ Strong PC skills and familiar with the application software, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
+ Strong organization skills, logical thinking skills and analytical skills
+ Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Pass in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 registrations within 6 months in the post. Full knowledge of investment products and strong technical competency, good knowledge of the investment market and economic environment
+ Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage

The Commercial Quality Specialist is responsible for independently providing Commercial Quality support in the affiliate. + Work on assessments to determine compliance to processes, procedures and regulations to identify potential gaps and mitigate and implement improvements.
+ Plan, prepare, review and approve quality documentation such as change controls, product reviews and other local requirements.

+ Coordinate and investigate quality events such as deviations, non conformances and corresponding action plans including decisions.
+ Execute supplier qualification program including performance monitoring for key suppliers.

Qualifications

+ 3+ years experience in quality assurance, GMP or GDP environment preferred.
+ Strong computer skills, familiarity with SAP, TrackWise, ComplianceWire and OneVault.
+ Full understanding of local GxP requirements including regulations and standards affecting device, biologics, pharmaceutical products and cosmetics with an in-depth knowledge in one or more areas

The Associate Banker Intermediate is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. **Responsibilities:**
+ Assist the Banker in the creation of sales and marketing strategies designed to generate revenue growth and to acquire new target clients, with a focus on Investments
+ Assist the Banker with prospecting - conduct new client/prospect research, generate leads and develop prospects, network to identify referrals to new clients/prospects, and coordinate client events
+ Assist the Banker in profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients.
+ Client/prospect meetings - Organize the pre-call planning, organizing post-meeting notes, and maintain all client call records including call reports
+ Assist the Banker in deepening the existing client relationship through deep-dive analysis
+ Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports and other relevant information to the Banker
+ Provide day to day support to Banker on documentation such as account opening and closing, loan disbursals, etc.
+ Provide complete service support to client, including solving complex client inquiries
+ Ensure appropriate documentation related to KYC/ AML from the client and ensure all aspects of client records and documentation are completed and updated
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
