**Marketing Specialist**
This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing field marketing initiatives that support business growth across the full customer journey-from awareness and lead generation to engagement, conversion, retention, and advocacy. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, CRM expertise, project management discipline, and marketing creativity to deliver customer-centric campaigns, standardize processes, collaborate with international teams, and share best practices across markets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Design and execute integrated marketing tactics across the customer journey, including segmentation, lead generation, nurturing, event activation, follow-up, conversion support, retention, and customer advocacy.
+ Compile, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify target audiences, generate qualified leads, and support personalized campaign execution using Salesforce CRM.
+ Coordinate campaign calendars, audience lists, content assets, and activation plans to ensure timely execution across digital, event, CRM, and internal channels.
+ To monitor campaign performance, lead progression, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
+ Analyze results and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve targeting, messaging, channel mix, and overall campaign effectiveness.
+ Collaborate with international marketing teams to align local initiatives with global priorities, campaign frameworks, brand standards, and regional business objectives.
+ Maintain standardized processes, templates, checklists, and workflows to improve campaign execution, data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
+ Identify, capture, and share best practices, success stories, learnings, and repeatable playbooks across local and international teams.
+ Partner with sales, product, operations, and leadership stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on priorities, and effective follow-through on campaign objectives.
**Qualifications** :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in field marketing, CRM campaign execution, marketing operations, customer journey programs, or sales enablement preferred.
- Experience working with cross-functional or international teams is a plus.
**Skills** :
- Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for internal, sales, customer, and international audiences.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce CRM, dashboards, and reporting tools preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and recommend improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy, data quality, and operational consistency.
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping, segmentation, campaign performance metrics, and marketing best practices.
- Advanced English proficiency; additional language skills are a plus for international collaboration in APAC
