**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Guide advisors on appropriate collateral and exposure management strategies to drive sustainable leverage in line with Clients' liquidity, investment, and risk objectives

**Qualifications:**
+ 8+ years of experience in wealth management or private bank lending, including origination, structuring, and credit analysis
+ Demonstrated experience advising Affluent, HNW, and/or UHNW Clients on lending solutions
+ Strong expertise in Securities‑Based Lending with good understanding of Investments preferred
+ Ability to advise advisors / clients on leverage strategies and think creatively in delivering market-leading solutions.
+ Solid understanding of financial markets, investments, and wealth management
+ Data‑driven, strategic approach to opportunity identification and pipeline management
+ Strong credit acumen with disciplined risk judgment

Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
- Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Overview of the Role:
The Real Estate Portfolio Management Senior Associate is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of real estate funds, contributing to fund formation initiatives, and coordinating platform-wide reporting, budgeting, and data management across the APAC region. Qualifications, Competencies & Experience Required
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
+ 5+ years of relevant experience in private equity real estate, portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions, underwriting, investment banking, or a similar investment-focused role.
+ Familiarity with APAC real estate markets is preferred; exposure to markets such as Japan, Hong Kong is an advantage.

**Technical Skills & Qualifications Required**

The Experience Design team is responsible for improving the end-to-end customer experience and distributor experience.
The team's role is to identify, prioritize, and guide the implementation of customer experiences solutions thru customer journey development and human-centered design (HCD) principles, while aligning to the customer experience vision and strategy.
