- Develop, monitor, and review Construction Scheduling in line with the Master construction plans and ensure updating is undertaken during the procurement and construction periods and ensure the assigned projects are completed with specified quality and time frame by effective scheduling and cost controls.
- Bachelor’s degree holder in building study / building surveying / construction management / engineering or architecture or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6-8 years of project management experience, preferably in project and construction management role on large scale commercial/retail/hotel projects.
- Proven leadership and excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of organization and be able to lead projects independently.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills, able to balance the competing requirements of a wide variety of stakeholders and yet meeting delivery timeline and budget.
