OverviewThe incumbent is responsible for supporting the aircraft management department assigned to the managed clients. This position will primarily provide support by proactive communication with the client, conducting operational analysis, financial forecasting, review of our financial reporting tools, expense report validation and approval, as well as other functions assigned by the Client Aviation Directors.
Main Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and responsiveness
- Maintain regular communication with clients to anticipate needs and provide timely resolutions of service requests, billing inquiries, suggestions and complaints
- Resolves customer and vendor inquiries or complaints fairly and effectively, coordinating with internal teams as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on contracts, billing, operational and compliance matters to ensure delivery of operational and customer efficiency
- Provide product and service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships
- Recommend and implements programs to support customer needs, providing materials and guidance as needed
- Create and maintain aircraft and client onboarding (and termination) project activities, connecting client requirements and Jet Aviation protocols
- Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation, orientation and initial service setup
- Coordinate with clients and recruitment teams to arrange crew interviews, provide market insights on market best practices on crew handling, and address additional crew requirements in line with client expectations and operational needs. Manage and reconcile all assigned aircraft crew expenses (lead pilot only)
- Administer internal e-platforms, SharePoint sites, and proprietary platform processes relating to assigned accounts, ensuring client data is accurate and maintained
- Create and support aircraft sell sheets and marketing efforts, if applicable
- Create client data reports, budgets, and dashboards in conjunction with team members
- Support collection and risk mitigation efforts with client service team members
- Ensure amendments to client agreements (i.e., leases, certificates of insurance, etc.) are coordinated and documented according to internal processes and client requirements
- Represent Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Business, Aviation Management, Hospitality or related field
- Strong knowledge of business aviation, charter services, and/or customer relations in luxury or hospitality experience
- More than 5 years of experience in client services, account management and/or aviation operations
- Dispatch or Maintenance experience with a strong financial understanding is highly preferred
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
- Must be available to travel for company meetings, industry events and client visits
- This position may be required to work flexible schedules such as weekends, nights and holidays. Client Aviation Manager may need to respond/travel on rare occasions with minimal notice

Summary/Objective
The On-site Airline Support Specialist will support our airline client overnight, located onsite at the client’s office.
The On-site Airline Support Specialist is the primary point of contact for both the client and vendor regarding API’s operations. In this role, the On-site Airline Support Specialist processes reservations and cancellations, maintains and cultivates successful relationships with our airline partner as well as our suppliers, and sometimes directly with the crew. Maintaining a strong focus on providing the best customer service at all times. This includes internal collaboration within the airline and API, as well as communication with external parties to ensure that operational challenges are resolved promptly and seamlessly. The initial steps will require manual detail proficiency:
- Transmitting monthly schedules to the hotels and ground transportation suppliers
- Update and transmit daily changes to the hotels and ground transportation suppliers
- Communication with the hotels and ground transportation suppliers during day-of-ops for immediate changes
- Book overflow room as required at non-contracted hotels
- Interrogating the airline’s crew management system (CMS) to identify existing reservations and update new reservations
- Receiving calls from crew members to verify their hotel details and chase delayed ground transport
The On-site Airline Support Specialist provides total customer service, including but not limited to the following:
- Effectively use all available tools and methodology, i.e., phone, email, fax, and Reservation Systems (ACES, Hotel Express, DPAX, IHRS) to track and provide solutions to client needs, requests, and overall expectations
- Adapt to the situation at hand, e.g., (IROP) or (other), to accommodate needs created due to the changing dynamics of airline schedules or unforeseen situations
- Provides support, guidance, and training, working as the on-site liaison with the airline partner
- Processes client requests received from the airline through the API Operations system. Assesses all customer needs. Responds in a prompt, well-informed, accurate, and professional manner
- Follows up on all client requests and transactions. All tasks must be fully executed, and client satisfaction is critical
- Alerts supervisor on all items of critical nature that require management involvement to solve and/or avoid potential challenges that may impact either the client or API adversely
- Negotiates with vendors (Hotels, Ground Transportation, others) to achieve the best outcome for the client and API
- Resolves client disagreements calmly and professionally. Researches and presents solutions to satisfy client needs based on facts
- Effectively utilizes all available tools and methodology, i.e., phone, email, fax, and Reservation Systems (ACES, Hotel Express, DPAX, IHRS) to track and provide solutions to client needs, requests, and overall expectations
- Adapts to the situation at hand, e.g., Irregular Operations (IROP) or other challenges to accommodate needs arising from the changing dynamics of airline schedules or unforeseen situations. This includes and is not limited to extended work schedules. Must be on the official “On Call Roster” when needed outside of regular working hours
- Maintains knowledge of API’s call centre work methodology and reservation systems that will best serve API’s clients most efficiently and professionally

- Knowledge of Hotels as a product: hotel chains, categories, and locations
- Knowledge of Ground Transportation reservations
- Track record of delivering to deadlines
- Track record of operating successfully in a dynamic role
- The ability to prioritise work provided by others in terms of importance is imperative to this position
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, including active listening
- Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams are required
Unless stated otherwise, this is a permanent full-time position on a rostered 4-day on, 3-day off schedule, working overnight, including public holidays and weekends. The shift commences at 10 p.m. and finishes at 8 a.m.
These hours are not fixed and can vary from time to time. Flexibility and availability are required as flight operations and job duties demand.
Travel
This position may require some travel, approximately 2-15 days per year.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out safety, first aid and security procedures to the highest standard
- Be our brand ambassador and provide genuine, personal experiences to all our customers
- Deliver service excellence by creating memorable inflight experiences and exceed our customers’ expectations at every opportunity
- Attend to customer’s needs in a caring and professional manner
- Embrace diversity and be thoughtful and caring to all our customers especially those who need extra help
- Be an excellent team player in a culturally diversified environment and contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment
- Adapt to situations with confidence, tact and flexibility
- Uphold inflight policies and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Right to work in Hong Kong
- Minimum age of 18
- High school graduate or above
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and at least one of the following additional languages: Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Filipino, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, Putonghua, Sinhala, Thai, or Vietnamese
- Proficiency in Putonghua is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Minimum arm-reach of 208cm on tiptoe
- Previous experience in an airline, hospitality or service industry is advantageous
- Successfully complete a comprehensive pre-employment background check, including criminal records
- Demonstrate physical fitness to meet the requirements of the pre-employment medical assessment
- Pass a pre-employment drug test. Testing will be conducted following the HKCAD Guidance for screening of Psychoactive Substances - Annex B, CAD373
- TOEIC (Public Test): Valid score of 325 or above in both Reading and Listening
- IELTS (Academic): Valid overall Band Score of 6.0 or above

We are looking for an Senior Associate level lawyer with minimum 5 years' post qualification experience to join our Hong Kong or Singapore office. This opportunity involves aviation regulatory, insurance matters and claims acting on behalf of major insurance companies and airlines. This opportunity involves working directly for Partner Terence Liew, consistently ranked across various legal directories including the Legal 500, Doyles Guide, Singapore Business Review and Chambers Asia Pacific for his expertise. Terence has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional, high value aviation insurance matters and claims, acting on behalf of global major insurance companies, airlines, GA operators, leasing companies and airports and airport service providers. In addition to the litigious side, in this role you will also assist the Partner in advising clients on complex insurance coverage and regulatory matters.
The team advises clients based in Asia and also those in the London and European markets. You will be exposed to a varied practice, and the nature and size of the team will mean that you will be heavily involved in all aspects of matters allowing you the autonomy and development opportunity to drive and make a significant contribution to the matter outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on policy coverage issues and quantum across various types of insurance, from mid-size losses to large and complex claims.
- Advising and representing airlines in matters arising from major accidents.
- Drafting and reviewing policy wording and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients.
- Advising on regulatory and dispute resolution matters.
- Assisting the Partner in managing and building client relationships, including assisting with business development activities for key existing clients and new clients.
- Collaboration and mentoring to work with the wider team across Singapore and Hong Kong.
You Are Either Already At Senior Associate Level Or Ready To Step Up. You Have a Solid Litigation Background Ideally Gained Within a Top Tier Private Practice Law Firm Environment. You Ideally Meet Some Of The Below Criteria
- 5 years post qualification experience in Hong Kong or Singapore acting for and advising clients.
- Due to client need, UK, HK or common law jurisdiction qualification desired.
- Strong general litigation background with understanding of insurance, regulatory, or aviation liability matters and claims.
- Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with reputable or international law firms is preferred.
- A genuine desire to build on and expand your skillset within a global law firm context.
- Strong academics, with excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- A self-driven, can-do attitude and approach, and enthusiasm to contribute to and foster a positive team atmosphere.
