Foster + Partners, the award-winning integrated design practice, has excellent opportunities for experienced BIM Coordinators to join the team in Hong Kong. This key role involves managing projects in line with Foster + Partners' BIM & Design Systems Strategy across multiple studios. The coordinator will oversee project teams, facilitate technical upskilling and mentoring, and serve as the main contact for project coordination, ensuring optimal use of Revit, associated technologies, workflows, and the delivery of coordinated models, data, reports, and related documentation. Proficiency in Revit (Architecture) is essential.

Skills and experience required:

  • Architecture or Architectural Technologist degree or equivalent
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Deep knowledge of the latest Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, including clash detection and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience as a BIM Coordinator on medium/large projects using Revit and related technologies
  • Experience in architectural/engineering production environments
  • Knowledge of Dynamo for Revit, scripting abilities
  • Familiarity with Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape, V-Ray, Bluebeam, BIM360
  • Experience with BIM projects on site and mobile technologies
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Office 365
  • BIM Qualifications such as BRE, RICS or similar

The role is based in our Hong Kong office. Candidates must be able to commute to the office five days a week.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Analyst / Manager, Risk Data and Intelligence with a blend of data analytics and engineering skills as well as risk management expertise to support data and analytics initiatives under risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Build a centralized Risk DataMart as a single source of truth for all the downstream risk data usage, including model development, model usage, MI and reporting, analytics exploration, decisioning systems, etc
  • Create, define, cleanse, manage, interrogate and manipulate large data sets including but not limited to customer information, digital footprints, credit data, fraud data and transaction data
  • Design efficient and scalable data models and develop data pipelines from ingestion of upstream raw data snapshots and event data to downstream OLAP cubes
  • Optimize the data pipelines in terms of performance and cost
  • Create and maintain documentation for data pipelines including data schema, data sources and data dictionary
  • Design and implement data quality checks to ensure data quality and consistency
  • Work collaboratively with different functions to identify, design and capture all necessary data and metrics
  • Design and build dashboards for risk reporting and analytics
  • Assist deployment of model development and inference pipelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields. Advanced degree is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in data analytics or engineering. Credit/Fraud/FCC risk management and banking experience is an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst position
  • Proficient in programming languages, including SQL and Python
  • Familiar with AWS (S3, Athena, Glue, EMR, SageMaker), Spark, Iceberg, Airflow, Tableau and GitHub
  • Hands on experience of data modelling, large datasets processing, ETL pipelines and Tableau
  • Result oriented, dedicated who can work on own initiative and can deliver on time under pressure with a high level of integrity and flexibility, attention in details and quality standard
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

In this role, you will work closely with both development and operations teams to build scalable infrastructure, streamline deployment processes, and ensure high system availability and reliability

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve infrastructure and optimize deployment workflows
  • Manage and maintain infrastructure—both on-premises (server rooms, communication networks) and on cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, or AWS
  • Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and Ansible
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems remain highly available and reliable
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of secure, scalable infrastructure solutions
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations


Who We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a DevOps or related role
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS)
  • Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible
  • Knowledge of server infrastructure, including server rooms and communication networks
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for automation
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail

Account Manager, Small/Medium Businesses, Google Cloud

As a member of the Google Cloud team, you inspire leading companies, schools, and government agencies to work smarter with Google tools like Google Workspace, Search, and Chrome. You advocate for the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile. Using your passion for Google products, you help spread the magic of Google to organizations around the world.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the adoption of Google Cloud at organizations, motivate and accelerate adoption of solutions and technologies, and help Google customers realize the business value of the partnership and offerings.
  • Work with Google Cloud and build a plan with identified goals, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics needed to achieve the goals.
  • Partner and collaborate with other customer-facing organizations in Google Cloud to develop account strategies that direct company resources.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the market or customer.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to plan and motivate the business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and investment to achieve customer business results.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales, building client relationships or account management.
  • Preferred: Experience in collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-parties to deliver and manage implementation of solutions.
  • Preferred: Experience in technical or business engineering in cloud, technology, computer science or information systems.
  • Preferred: Ability to identify key customer patterns to develop strategies for customer growth.
  • Preferred: Ability to build relationships and deliver outcomes in a cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Planning - Develop and implement end-to-end test strategies, master test plans, and testing frameworks across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Team Leadership - Build, manage, and mentor high-performing teams of test professionals, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources and driving a collaborative environment.
  • Project Oversight - Oversee all phases of testing, including planning, resource allocation, cost management, timelines, and deliverables for large-scale projects.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination - Liaise with business, IT, QA, and other stakeholders to define testing requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Process Improvement - Drive the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, tools, and processes, fostering a culture of learning and maturity within the testing community.
  • Defect & Risk Management - Monitor test execution, manage defect tracking and resolution, and proactively identify and implement mitigation strategies for project risks.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance - Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements and internal quality standards throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication - Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, providing regular reports on project progress and test results.
SKILLS/COMPETENCIES
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, preferred.
  • 8+ years of End to end IT project management experience prefer in custom development.
  • Drafted 2 end to end test plan from System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, Go/No Go meeting to Go-Live cut over.
  • Scrum/ Agile experience prefer.
  • Able to lead conversations in English.
  • Native in Cantonese or Mandarin.
