Digital New Energy Product Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee product planning, definition, promotion, and marketing for the company's digital new energy business.
Conduct independent market research, perform market and industry analysis, and prepare project proposal reports.
Collect and organize customer requirements within the industry, and create requirement documents based on competitive analysis.
Independently prepare documentation such as user manuals and technical proposals, and provide training for sales and technical support teams.
Monitor project progress, assist in driving projects to completion as planned, participate in product testing and experience evaluation, and promptly identify and manage any issues.
Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electrical Engineering and Automation, Electronics, or related fields.
Over three years of experience as a product manager in the digital new energy sector, with familiarity in IoT platforms within the wind and solar storage fields.
Knowledge of Modbus RTU/TCP protocols, IEC 101/103/104, DL/T645, DNP 3.0, and other relevant regulations.
Familiarity with the product development and iteration process; proficiency in tools such as Xmind, Axure, Mockplus, Lanhu, Moka, Visio, PowerDesigner, and Project is preferred.
Willingness to travel within the region; experience in the operation and maintenance management of new energy power stations (wind, solar, storage), along with relevant operation, maintenance, and safety management certifications, is preferred.
Passion for product development, strong data analysis skills, and good writing ability; proficiency in English is required.
Strong sense of responsibility and ambition, with excellent teamwork spirit.
