Crédit Agricole CIB’s Aviation Group Asia-Pacific provides a wide range of financing, derivatives and advisory solutions to airlines, leasing companies and investors based in the region. The trainee will support the head of the team and other front officers by contributing to credit analyses and client reviews, transaction structuring and execution and will manage KYC reviews. The role will also include support for marketing and origination actions, industry/market research and the team's corporate planning.
The ideal candidate should complete their graduation requirements and is available to start the position by August 2025. Trainee program is one year to begin with and possible for extension up to 2 years in total, subject to performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare credit proposals and existing transactions reviews (incl. industry, corporate and asset research, financial analysis and projections, calculation of profitability KPIs) and coordinate the process with the Risks teams.
- Origination support: assist with transaction evaluation initiatives (assets, credit, etc.); prepare marketing materials, financial proposals and pitches; assist front officers in drafting termsheets and reviewing legal documentation; support execution process.
- Actively contribute to KYC reviews of clients and borrowers, in coordination with Compliance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree holder, preferred in Finance/Business or Accountancy with less than 12 months’ full-time experiences
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin proficiency (French is a plus but is not mandatory)
- Self-motivated, Initiative, team-player
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- IT literate
- Mathematically minded
- Good understanding of banking
- Extensive sector knowledge
- Background knowledge of Aviation industry

- The ideal candidate would bring good sector knowledge
- A candidate with exposure to project finance transactions in the region and strong modelling skills will be considered favourably
- Experience in project finance specially with knowledge of the sectors, power and utilities in particular
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant discipline.
- Ability to deal with multi tasks and work within a dynamic and evolving environment
- Excellent influencing and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience in dynamic sales environment with strong business development/sales skills
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills
- Excellent written and spoken English

We are now recruiting for a Sustainability Analyst to be based in either Hong Kong or Shanghai. About the role
This role reports to our Technical Manager – Fabric in the UK, who is based in Hong Kong, and will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of Tesco’s ambitious Planet Plan, which addresses our environmental impact on climate and nature. The successful candidate will use their expertise to help improve reporting, performance and achieve sustainability goals across the entire supply chain, from farmers to direct suppliers. Manage the housekeeping of documentation, liaising with key peers and business stakeholders to ensure our sustainability reports and assessments are produced to the required standard.
About the team
The Sustainability Team, sits within the broader Fabric team in Sourcing, and is responsible for implementing the Planet Plan. Ensuring the company and all levels of our supply chain can deliver our external sustainability commitments, as well as championing best practices internally and externally.
Our Sourcing strategy is all about empowerment. This means we trust our suppliers to deliver our high standards and we work in partnership with them to monitor their performance. This involves working collaboratively to drive transformation and systematic change across the industry as a whole, including SDGs and Paris agreements.
The successful candidate will have opportunities to represent Tesco in some of these forums, working with industry stakeholders to shape requirements for development of sustainability best practices now and for the future.
You will be responsible for
- Supporting the delivery of the Tesco Planet Plan and external commitments (ZDHC, Greenpeace Detox, Cotton Pledge, Canopy, Textile Exchange, Textile 2030, TMC & etc) by working with our supply chain partners at all levels to provide data through different platforms and ensure sources are valid and traceable for reporting
- Working in close collaboration with our Fabric & Technical teams across all Sourcing hubs and in the UK to identify gaps and drive performance across our supply chain
- Working on projects that support our supply chain to achieve sustainability compliance and goals
- Supporting our supply chain partners’ capability building through delivery of awareness and training
- Feeding into our business dashboard and reports relevant external environmental & sustainability assessments (HIGG FEM/Amfori BEPI)
- Conducting due diligence on our sustainability programs to improve ways of working
- Engaging with stakeholders and attending relevant industry group calls to represent Tesco and provide expert input
- Working with 3rd parties and stakeholders to collect data to complete sustainability dashboards or insights upon request
You will need
- Understanding of consumer goods and raw material manufacturing processes
- Experience of managing and delivering projects
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills, self-starter, with an eye for detail. Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to write compelling presentations using data to share ideas
- Comfortable working independently or within a team, often across Tesco Sourcing regions.

The company undertakes a variety of services, including energy management solutions, distributed energy, as well as power engineering, infrastructure, and facilities management.
We are looking for a high-caliber professional to join our Solar Implementation Branch as a Project Manager. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the solar project implementation, carrying out solar PV systems Construction and Operation & Maintenance, and ensuring the PV systems are built and operated within the set technical and performance standards.
- For the Construction part - plan and manage the construction processand lead the team members to conduct solar PV systems installation according to the schedule, budget, and in-house and regulatory requirements; duties include:
- Responsible for effective project management of solar PV projects
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, contractors, or related parties to set up procedures to meet the project’s requirements and regulations
- Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors to solve technical problems independently
- Supervise and monitor the performance of subcontractors
- Carry out solar PV system testing and commissioning
- Liaison with CLPP for the FiT meter installation
- Assist in preparing the construction management report
- For the Operation and Maintenance part - Plan a maintenance schedule and lead the team members to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
- Work with safety officers/supervisors to formulate the method statement, risk assessments, and safety work procedures for the projects under construction and operation.Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) system to ensure the required standards are achieved
- Prepare tender documents and work with the procurement team for tendering.
- Lead the team in performing data analysis of solar PV systems via an online management platform.
- Explorebusiness opportunities and work collaboratively with the business team on proposals, engineering activities, and managing compensation events (such as cost and time extensions) resulting from variation orders.
- Provide timely project updates, market insights, and contribute to process improvements and industry knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- A recognized university degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or relevant engineering disciplines with a minimum of 8 years’ working experience in project management.
- Possession of a professional corporate membership in the Engineering Institution would be an advantage.
- Proven expertise in construction project management with specific experience in Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) projects.
- Experience in construction, operation, and maintenance, andenergy yield assessment and performance analysisof solar PV systems will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and experience to deliver presentations and communicate with clients through different communication channels in both verbal and written formats.
- Good knowledge of safety, health, environmental, and quality management
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,ability in Mandarin communication would be aplus.
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Candidates holding a Registered Electrical Worker B license and a valid driving license (Class 1 or 2) are preferred.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower position.
