Your Role

- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP, CIS).
- Hands-on experience with security tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence across technical and business teams.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent are preferred.

- Develop and implement strategies for managing security at main site, and satellite areas.
- Develop and implement comprehensive security plans and procedures for the project
- Manage and supervise security personnel, ensuring effective performance and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services to maintain security and emergency response plans
- Monitor and review the performance of the security subcontractors in order to ensure performance of subcontractor obligations

Principal Responsibilities- The Cryptography Operations team directly impacts the business by implementing cryptographic solutions aligned with the business’s risk appetite. This role involves managing cryptographic hardware and related software, including configuration, crypto-load, and installation into data centers or external hosting environments.
- Develop knowledge objects, procedures, and secondary standards to support SLA or project deliverables.
- Maintain and enhance cryptographic technology, processes, and controls.
- Ensure cryptographic inventory controls (keys and HSM) are maintained.
- Implement and operate cryptographic controls, contribute to risk reduction, escalation, and reporting, and support remediation of risk items.
- Provide guidance on new crypto technology, processes, and controls.
- Support KCI/KPI metrics and reporting.
To be successful, you will need:
- Knowledge of cryptography technologies applicable to financial services, cloud security, data security, internet, and cyber security.
- Preferred certifications: PCI QSA, CISA/CISM, CISSP, ITIL, or relevant college education.
- Experience with hardware-based encryption, internal controls, cybersecurity, and compliance is a plus.
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Atlassian JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, SharePoint.
- Unix/Linux platforms, scripting, basic programming in Java or Python, and cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) are desirable.
- Experience in IT development, services management, and system administration is advantageous.
- Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
- Possession of a valid UK driver’s license and own private vehicle (UK only).

Talent Acquisition Lead @ PCCW Media / HKTWe are seeking a diligent and proactive Information Security Officer to oversee and maintain the operational integrity, security, and compliance of our secured room facilities. This role is critical in supporting ongoing monitoring, access control, and administrative processes to ensure the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance are met.
Your Role
- Conduct monthly inspection of access logs and CCTV reviews to ensure adherence to security protocols.
- Manage user access applications on a bi-weekly or ad hoc basis, in line with corporate access governance procedures.
- Complete and maintain a monthly secured room checklist, covering physical and operational controls.
- Perform monthly access inventory assessments, including user recertification activities. • Address administrative and technical issues such as network or hardware incidents on an ad hoc basis.
- Coordinate monitoring and inspection of the Foshan secured room (monthly and as needed).
- Perform daily monitoring of security guard performance and escalate concerns when appropriate.
- Assist in implementing security control enhancements such as mobile device management (MDM), two-factor authentication (2FA), and ID verification improvements
To Succeed in this Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security, risk management, or a related role.
- Knowledge of network security principles and incident response procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess security risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical and administrative issues as they arise.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to convey security policies and procedures clearly to stakeholders.
