We are seeking an experienced high calibre professional to join our team as a **Accounting Supervisor** .
**In this role you will:**
+ To prepare or review annual clients' accounts, regular schedules or ad-hoc reports according to different regulatory / client requirement.
+ To liaise with internal parties and external parties (i.e. client tax advisors / accountants) regarding the accounting treatment and reporting format and handles the client / external auditor's queries and questions.
+ To update account data under NAV system in accordance with documents from various sources (e.g. trust documents, regular portfolio valuation & bank statements).
+ To extract data from NAV system for reporting and analysis.
+ To handle workflows, exception reports and prepare returns for daily operations.
+ To assist in any specific client reporting requirement.
**To be successful you will need:**
+ Degree holder with major in accounting, finance, business administration or relevant discipline.
+ Qualified accountants or CPA students will be an advantage.
+ Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting policies, strong operations and workflow capabilities.
+ Fluent communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese).
+ Willing to change and be proactive.
+ Strong skills in MS office - Power Point, Word and Excel.
+ Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as work collaboratively with other teams
+ Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills abilities to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and apply sound business and technical domain knowledge.
+ Able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines.

The Account Management team is a sales team that is part of Meta's Global Business Group. This team is focused on connecting every business in the world with their customers on Meta and then helping them grow through solutions like Facebook Pages, Advertising, and Meta's suite of enterprise products. Account Managers are directly responsible for building relationships and helping clients drive business results on Meta Platform through consultation, education, and support. 1. Become an expert in Meta's solutions for businesses of all sizes, including both advertising and enterprise products, and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs
2. Grow revenue, educate and deliver consultative support to strategic clients and partners across both ads and enterprise product lines
3. Work directly with clients to improve the performance of their advertising campaigns and drive adoption of Meta's enterprise solutions
4. Troubleshoot and resolve account issues in a timely manner

11. Demonstrated experience in problem solving and analytical skills leveraging internal analytical tools and external market insights
12. Demonstrated experience in consultative sales skills to effectively identify clients' business needs with data backed hypothesis, mapped to Meta Business Solution recommendations
