Service Line Overview
You will join the Digital Enablement team under the Technology Consulting practice. Key Responsibilities:
You will work alongside other consultants on a variety of digital transformation topics. Every project is different, but you can expect to deliver technology consulting projects in the following areas:
- Digital and IT strategy formulation
- Digital-enabled business model development
- IT target operating model design and implementation
- IT capability and organisation design
- IT due diligence
- Advisory and strategy planning on innovative technology adoption, such as GenAI
- Lead the project delivery and advise the best-fit recommendations to the clients
- Lead C-suite and client facing workshops, interviews, and discussions
- Effectively lead and manage multiple workstreams and projects, and manage performance of the teams working on assigned engagements to deliver client ready deliverables and outcomes
- Lead business development activities including proposal development, thought leadership, and marketing events
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and develop / improve your network of business contacts
- Play an active role in the team's growth, development, and recruitment, including fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, and providing coaching and mentoring
- Stay current on industry/sector and technology trends and leading practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree is a plus
- At least 5 years of consulting or relevant experience in strategy planning, digital transformation, technology implementation, project management, or client servicing roles
- Experience in leading large-scale digital transformational projects
- Strong understanding of IT operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud, Al, blockchain, automation, and/or data
- Expertise in one of the industry verticals, including banking, insurance, asset management, real estate, retail, and public sectors
- Good stakeholder management skills and able to work effectively with people at all levels in an organisation
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and on a tight timeline
- ITIL / TOGAF / Agile / Project Management certifications are preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and Chinese

Experience & Background

• Experience of using external data sources.

• Understanding of KYC principles and in-depth knowledge of corporate structures
• Working knowledge of MS office- Excel, Word, Outlook and other applications
• Working successfully in a target driven operational environment
• Ability to manage performance and targets in a fast paced, pressured environment
• Ability to work alone or in a team
• Highly motivated
• Evidence of having an analytical approach
• Experience of working in a financial environment
• Exposure to KYC for complex legal entities and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

- Min 2 years in an operational environment, where at least 1 year has been spent at a team manager/leader level with responsibility for small teams (up to 10) (essential).
- Demonstrable experience of managing a team within a complex operation
- Awareness of the AML/CDD regulation and other relevant legislation, procedures and processes (desirable).
- Background in Financial services industry, with exposure to remediation, complaint handling and claims processing (desirable).
- People management skills with focus on engagement, feedback, coaching & development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
