Job Overview
This role manages the Talent Acquisition team to attract and retain candidates for Swire Hotels. It also oversees internal communication to connect employees across the group and foster engagement. Our team serves as HR business partners for key departments in the Central Support Office, ensuring that the organisation's talent needs are met. - Take a lead on the group talent acquisition according to Swire Hotels people philosophy and brand guideline, including strategies and implementation on recruitment, candidate & onboarding experience
- Initiate and identify opportunities to expand, connect and manage talent pool through different channels and methodology
- Drive employer branding strategies and implementation of online and offline activities such as but not limited to social media platform management, career fairs, universities campus talks, etc.
- Develop hiring strategies to support new hotel opening projects, including identifying talent needs in new markets and tailoring approaches to attract and secure talent effectively
- Lead the internal communication strategy to connect employees across the group, manage the internal communication app and ensure effective sharing of updates, stories, and fostering engagement to keep teams informed and aligned.
- Support Director of People & Culture – Team Experience in the role of HR business partner to provide the full spectrum of HR services to key departments in Central Support Office, including recruitment, staffing, talent development, performance management and compensation & benefits
- Prepare and manage the budget and forecast for achieving optimal manpower planning for Swire Hotels
- Work closely with different stakeholders, brand ambassadors and all People & Culture teams (in Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland and USA) on different initiatives and projects in employer branding, talent acquisition and digital platforms
Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in talent acquisition strategy and process for full range of position levels
- Knowledge and experience in employer branding strategies and projects
- Strong communication and stakeholders management skills

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager to own and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attraction to offer and onboarding. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their hiring needs and the competitive banking landscape to secure talents for roles across Personal Banking in the Bank. This role requires a deep understanding of Personal Banking, local regulatory requirements especially on Mandatory Reference Checks (MRC), and a proven ability to build a strong talent pipeline by direct sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities- Partner closely with business leaders and People & Engagement team to understand current and future hiring needs, department goals, and organizational structure.
- Develop and execute customized sourcing and recruitment strategies for a variety of roles, with an emphasis on critical Personal Banking roles (e.g., Retail Sales)
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and talent availability.
- Sourcing : Utilize innovative sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, job fairs, direct sourcing and employee referrals) to build a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Screening & Selection : Conduct rigorous screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
- Interview Coordination : Manage the entire interview process, from working with People & Engagement team to manage their interview scheduling, providing guidance to interview panels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Offer Management : Extend offers of employment, negotiate compensation packages (in collaboration with HR/Compensation), and manage the pre-employment vetting process.
- Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to bank policies and local regulations
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency, effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records for personal files.
- Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., source of hire, cost-per-hire) to stakeholders.
- Support Talent Acquisition Section Head on ad hoc projects as and when necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
- A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a full-cycle talent acquisition or human resources generalist role in Hong Kong.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience within the banking or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated experience hiring for a wide range of banking roles (e.g., front-office to middle and back-office positions).
- Proven expertise with modern sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements specific to financial services.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Cantonese is a must.

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Specialist – Talent Acquisition to lead and optimize our end-to-end recruitment processes. This role plays a key part in driving hiring excellence, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting seamless onboarding for new hires.
Responsibilities- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, contract finalisation, and pre-boarding coordination
- Track and analyse key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and vacancy rate to ensure data-driven recruitment decisions and continuous process improvement
- Support programme-based recruitment initiatives and support the planning and execution of Recruitment Days and other hiring events
- Source top talent through diverse channels including social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and recruitment events. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the selection journey
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand talent needs, provide timely updates, and deliver effective recruitment solutions
- Support additional HR initiatives and projects as required
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
- Minimum 4 years of experiences in talent acquisition. In-house recruitment experience strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools. Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment solutions is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile setting
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across varying levels of seniority and from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds
- Demonstrates curiosity and a growth mindset to stay abreast of emerging industry trends, technologies, and innovative hiring practices. Passionate about continuous improvement and personal development
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
