  • Utilise the firm’s systems and recruitment trackers to manage key data, track progress on candidates and searches. Updates will also need to be provided to internal stakeholders and external partners, as well as the Partner TA team.
  • Assist the Partner TA Managers with sending business case templates to candidates and agencies and any other relevant information, as requested by the relevant Manager.
  • Work on the document management system (iManage) to set up and maintain files in an efficient manner.
  • Effectively liaise and work collaboratively with other teams, including Partner HR, Risk & Compliance, Partnership Accounts and Tax, etc. to ensure the smooth running of the recruitment process.

If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Your competencies and experience:

  • 3+ years full-cycle legal recruitment experience, combined with extensive hands-on experience of producing market maps and making initial approaches to candidates through different platforms and networks.
  • A proven knowledge of the legal market – ideally across multiple global jurisdictions – and the ability to use social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn) and innovative sourcing channels, to broadcast or amplify messages and to promptly engage with external contacts/networks.
  • Experience with direct sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates across a range of international markets
  • Ability to liaise confidently and effectively with senior internal stakeholders, as well as with external suppliers where needed.
