We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainee to join our team, providing support across Product Management and Legal & Compliance functions.

Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Understand product development cycle and provide support to Product Manager.
• Assist to deliver and launch different loan products according to the scheduled timeline.
• Support ongoing monitoring on product performance and proactively identify product gap with solutions to ensure product sustainability
• Coordinate with internal and external partners and manage varies projects to accomplish business goal
• Deliver the best customer experience through innovative idea in product design, process improvement and customer centric product features
• Assist for product design. operation process and product programs comply to all internal and regulatory requirement

Legal & Compliance:

• Prepare business correspondence, meeting minutes, and management reports with precision and professionalism
• To assist the General Counsel for contract management and record keeping
• To assist the General Counsel on trademark management across the judications of PRC, Hong Kong and Macau

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum education background: Bachelor Degree Holder or equivalent
• Work experience: 1 year relevant experience in product management and development (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Language and computer literacy: Cantonese / English and Mandarin
• Strong written communication skills in both Chinese and English

The Graduate Trainee (GT) Program is a 15-month program, aiming to get GTs well-equipped with market and business acumen and necessary skills, before becoming expert in specific function under Business Operations Management of PrimeCredit.

Responsibilities

• Rotate between different internal departments to build up the knowledge of various functions and operations, which can equip GTs to have a better understanding of Company's end-to-end service chain and develop solid foundation for long-term success
• Assist to plan and roll out new business initiatives under supervisor's coaching / supervision
• Assist managers in decision-making processes by providing analytical support.
• Participate in projects to gain practical experience and develop problem-solving skills
• Conduct regular review on internal guidelines/ documentations, working processes, service levels and related systems to enhance operational efficiencies, identify streamlining opportunities and initiate procedural changes and/ or system enhancements to cope with internal or external requirements/ changes and business goals/ needs

Requirements

• University final year degree undergraduate in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Exchange / placement / internship experience in Banking & Finance industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese / English word processing

The Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to provide passionate graduates a pathway for professional development and the opportunity to help manage one of the most technologically advanced fleet of aircraft in the world. Depending upon the type of degree and area of interest, our Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme offers four specialist streams to choose from – Inventory Management, Maintenance Planning, Operational and Technical.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the Cathay's Engineering Department and the organisation –purpose, structure, strategy, values and drivers
• Acquire profound understanding and accomplish all learning objectives for each rotation at different teams and departments

Job Requirements

• Final year students or recent graduates (with not more than 2 years' work experience) with a bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline

• For Operational stream – Holder of HKAR-147 Certificate of Recognition or HKAR-66 Cat B1.1 or B2 knowledge examinations and practical assessments would be an advantage

• For Technical stream – Holder of HKIE Scheme "A" accredited degree would be an advantage

• Right to work in Hong Kong (eligible visa holders are also welcome, including via the Top Talent Pass Scheme (TTPS) and Immigration Arrangements for Non-Local Graduates (IANG)

• Strong academic performance
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
