Job Description
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office and Middle Office teams to architect, enhance, and support an automated trading system tailored for Treasury and Private Banking operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to integrate new revenue-generating opportunities for the bank.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and documentation for strategic business projects.
  • Assist in the deployment and implementation of new systems and solutions.
The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in Treasury-related technology solutions; exposure to banking Front Office or Middle Office environments is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Java programming (preferably Java 8 or newer).
  • Well-versed in Spring Boot and the Spring REST ecosystem (e.g., JPA, Security, Swagger).
  • Experience with front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js, along with Node.js, Webpack, and TypeScript is a plus.
  • Possession of ECF-Fintech certification is a bonus.
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end engineering projects for new watch designs, from concept to production, including prototyping, testing, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and R&D teams to integrate mechanical movements, electronic modules, and materials like sapphire crystals and stainless steel.
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with industry standards

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project engineering, ideally in watchmaking, luxury goods, or precision manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), finite element analysis (FEA), and prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with watch-specific technologies, including quartz movements, automatic calibers, and water-resistance testing.

Overview

Role Responsibilities

  • Perform credit risk analysis and control of the China corporate banking customer portfolios and related mitigation including credit application, rating application preparation, monitoring of the customer credit performance, etc.
  • Work closely and support Relationship Manager to achieve the Corporate Banking Department profit and business targets assigned by the Management;
  • Perform credit risk analysis to existing customers as well as industry or market research and analysis to ensure the bank's asset portfolio is in good shape
  • Handle all credit related matters including review of latest financials of obligors upon receipt of financial statements, rating review, long-term loan review, compliance of credit approval conditions and instructions, security control and submission of information for credit assessment by Head Office;
  • To attend to documentation matters of existing and new transactions after credit approval;
  • To constantly review existing credit commitments to identify potential credit problems and to ensure conformity with agreement terms; to recommend and implement appropriate actions should an unfavorable trend be developed;

Requirements

  • University graduate in Finance, Economics, Risk Management or related disciplines;
  • 7-8 years' solid credit experience in large corporate banking;
  • Sound knowledge in various corporate lending products Bachelor degree holder or above, preferably in Finance, Banking or Economics related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of banking related working experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in China Corporates
  • Independent, attentive to details, good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to discuss and guide front offices from early stage of deals to make appropriate credit decision
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong, demonstrated experience in business process analysis, mapping, and re-engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with large-scale enterprise systems such as PMS, ERP, HRIS, Financials, Accounting, or Procurement systems is highly desirable.
  • Experience in configuring or acting as an administrator for a SaaS-based enterprise platform (e.g., Yardi, MRI, Workday, NetSuite, SAP, Salesforce) is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in creating process diagrams using tools like MS Visio, Lucid chart, or Draw.io.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
