Responsibilities
Strategy Planning
- Develop revenue growth strategies and initiatives for new sales.
- Conduct data and market analysis to identify opportunities for new revenue opportunities.
- Align cross-functional teams on revenue goals and objectives.
- Manage sales processes and systems to improve efficiency.
- Analyse sales data to provide insights for strategy development.
- Support the sales team with training, tools, and resources.
- Develop GTM plans with payment networks, and other partners to achieve targets.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with partnership teams to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate on joint marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales team performance and productivity.
- Establish regular feedback mechanisms to help sale teams improve and achieve their goals.
- Bachelor degree or above or equivalent from a recognised university. All disciplines are welcomed.
- Relevant work experience or internship experience at start-up would be a plus.
- Overseas experience is highly preferred, i.e. exchange program, or study aboard for a Master's degree.
- Strong proficiency in Japanese is essential (JLPT N2 or above), with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business setting

- Assist in planning and developing digital marketing strategies for clients
- Monitor the performance of a digital marketing campaign
- Prepare analyses of regular digital campaign reports
- Work closely with the team in the preparation of digital campaign recommendations and presentations
- Maintain effective coordination with all parties, attend presentations and review meetings upon request
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Advertising, Marketing, New Media, Journalism or related discipline
- 1-year work experience in marketing; preferably in social media marketing (fresh graduates are also welcome)
- Familiar with social media trends & use of digital channels
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics will be an advantage
- Creative and passionate about digital marketing
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently
- Positive working attitude, able to deal with pressure and good at multitasking
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is a plus
- Immediate available is highly preferred
