We are looking for a passionate and technically talented individual to work in a fast-paced environment whilst putting their talents to work in a broad technical role. The successful candidate will be part of our global Infrastructure and Technology Service team and based in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for the upkeep of our trading IT systems, supporting the end to end trading application and providing direct trading application support to the trading teams.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Own critical incidents by identifying root causes, mitigating impact, and leading post-mortem reviews to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure the seamless operation of distributed, multi-server trading systems.
- Be the go-to expert for traders by providing hands-on trade floor support and direct application assistance.
- Oversee UAT coordination and production software releases to maintain stability and performance.
- Collaborate with Operations and Development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Design and implement robust monitoring and logging solutions, enhancing system reliability and visibility.
- Automate and optimize workflows, developing scripts and tools to drive operational excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying gaps and suggesting better processes or tools.
- Engage in occasional after-hours support and testing as required to ensure smooth operations.

- To oversee the planning, development and implementation of the capital work-related components in Beijing and the school outreach programmes in the Mainland and in Hong Kong
- To ensure close collaboration with the project partner and its local partner organisation in Hong Kong for alignment, which includes but is not limited to meeting the expected project outcomes
- To oversee and implement the events and ceremonies of the Project in both the Mainland and in Hong Kong, ensuring they can promote and elevate the Project's brand and awareness in the community, as well as the Club's brand
- To oversee internal and external stakeholder engagement
- To manage and monitor the progress of anticipated output & outcome, budget spending, as well as regular internal reporting to Management (Board of Trustees / Board of Stewards). To prepare committee papers/ documents
- To monitor and assess external trends and developments; identify potential / probable risks that may impact project components; engage external consultants as required, alert and consult partners, devise and assist in implementing mitigation measures in collaboration / consultation with internal divisions and external experts as appropriate
- To oversee the impact assessment and ongoing data analyses to facilitate the necessary project components adaptions
- A Bachelor degree in business-related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, with at least 5 years at managerial level
- Solid experience in project management and fluency in Putonghua is preferable
- Experience in arts and culture sector is preferable
- Passion in Charities
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

To Succeed in the Role

- Familiar with local ordinances and regulations, COP, as well as relevant international standards
- Self-motivated with strong communication and problem solving skills
- Customer services oriented
- Proficiency in written/spoken English and Chinese, particularly in incident report writing
- Computer skills are required, e.g. MS Office, AutoCAD, etc
- Holder of Grade A registered electrical worker certificate or above will be an advantage

Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end design and deployment of complex cloud solutions
- Ensure all facets of infrastructure, security, automation, logging, and monitoring are considered for each project.
- Work across a multitude of cloud infrastructure, security systems, and application platforms

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly assist the Principal Investigator in the research project "Development of Highly Efficient Cooling Coatings Based on Hollow Microspheres for Buildings” (R6656). He/She shall support the Principal Investigator in executing research tasks related to graphical design and theoretical analysis. The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:
- Performing theoretical analysis of experimental data under guidance;
- Translating data into technical illustrations and design graphics;
- Assisting in the preparation of research reports and presentations; and
- Supporting other research-related activities as assigned by the Principal Investigator.
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:
- A Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Environmental Science, Applied Science, or a related discipline (for Research Assistant I);
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with a diploma or equivalent qualification in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or a related discipline (for Research Assistant II);
- At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese languages and Mathematics / Diploma (for Technical Assistant) ;
- Demonstrated experience or academic training in graphical design for scholarly publications and technical instrumentation, including Pressure and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs);
- Proficiency in graphical design tools and data visualization is highly desirable;
- Good knowledge of a broad range of research methods and techniques;
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, responsible, ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

Job Description
Your missions
- Resolve network and electronic market issues with efficiency to ensure system stability
- Install, monitor, maintain, support, and optimize network infrastructure across APAC
- Configure and optimize internal and Internet-integrated network services
- Troubleshoot network services and provide timely resolutions, documentation, and reporting
- Deliver proximity IT support services with service metric tracking and analysis
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of network infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with Group IT security and governance guidelines
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners
- Perform daily operational checks and ensure SLA compliance
- Support morning shifts, holidays, and weekends as required
- Participate in APAC data center projects with occasional travel
- Experience in network services with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Knowledge of Linux/RHEL system administration in trading or business environments
- Familiarity with x86 hardware, server networking peripherals, and data center setups
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl
- Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management (ITIL framework)
- Certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA
- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Fluent English. Additional APAC languages are a plus.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Planner is responsible for managing and supporting construction schedules across live projects while developing tender schedules for upcoming projects using pre-construction information. This role ensures efficient planning, reporting, and schedule management through close collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and update the Integrated Management Schedule for multiple projects using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Report schedule progress and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with the construction team and contractors to assess actual progress and planned construction methodologies
- Prepare delay analysis reports and propose recovery strategies or delay mitigation measures
- Develop detailed schedules, including reports, extracts, and short-term schedules
- Communicate with vendors to confirm lead times and delivery dates
- Implement improvements and innovations in the scheduling and planning processes
REQUIREMENT
- Degree in a construction-related field with training in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Experience managing large construction projects with strong technical and scheduling expert
- Commercial awareness of construction contracts, including identifying and documenting changes and delay
- Strong collaboration, communication, and teamwork skills, able to work cooperatively with diverse teams and stakeholder

Job Description
Your mission:
- Coordinate and execute UNIX infrastructure projects in APAC data centers and colocations, including server capacity planning, deployment, system configuration, customization, optimization, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement system resilience strategies.
- Automate UNIX patching to comply with IT security standards.
- Reduce system latency and incidents, supporting improved trading performance.
- Provide production support for critical Linux server platforms in a fast-paced environment.
- Offer direct user support and address system-related requests on front office trading floors.
- Perform server hardware and Linux performance tuning and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot, manage, and analyze root causes for RHEL issues.
- Standardize OS/server provisioning and policy control regionally.
- Participate in support roster, including morning shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Occasional travel within APAC for data center projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline; RHEL certification preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years as a UNIX System Administrator or Engineer.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a multinational IT environment, with strong service delivery and production support background.
- Solid understanding of RedHat/Linux operating systems, x86 hardware, server networking, and data center setup.
- Proficient in scripting languages (Bash, Python, Perl) and automation tools.
- Experience with IT security and SSO tools (e.g., ArcSight, CyberArk, Centrify) and RedHat Satellite.
- Strong troubleshooting, system recovery, and root cause analysis skills.
- Good knowledge of equity and high-frequency trading (HFT) business on 10GbE technology is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and collaborate in a multicultural team.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in investment banking is highly appreciated.
