Build relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology partners to support the organization's IT goals.
• System Implementation and Integration: Play a key role in implementing and integrating new systems and applications within the organization. Work with the service department and related departments to determine requirements, select appropriate solutions, manage the implementation process, and ensure successful integration with existing systems.
• IT Service Continuity and Network and System Security: Responsible for developing and maintaining service continuity and network security measures plans. Oversee the development of disaster recovery strategies, conduct regular testing and drills to ensure that critical systems and data are protected and recoverable in the event of a disaster.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above major in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Advanced certifications and/or professional qualification will be an added advantage
• At least 12 years’ experience in the field of IT in which not less than 7 years in managerial position, preferably in non-governmental organisation (NGO), welfare or medical sector
• Familiar with IT policies, regulations and development in Hong Kong, strong knowledge on IT strategy and initiatives in welfare or medical sector situation
• Excellent knowledge of hardware and software application, network/infrastructure management system as well as network and system security. Good at project management, vendor management and contract negotiation skills

Overview
