YOUR ROLE: Collaboratively lead an FF&E team of 4 to 5 members, overseeing multiple projects.

• Work closely with the Interior Architecture team to create unique solutions that meet the client's brief, programs and budgets.
• Prepare high quality Concept Packages including presentation boards with mood images and creative selections of fabrics, furniture and finishes.
• Assist and coordinate with the production of 3D renderings
• Participate in presentation meetings and design review with the client and their representatives
• Oversee the documentation of detailed FF&E Specification and Schedules.  Demonstrate a good understanding of furniture design – dimensions, details and production methods.
• Creative carpet design is an important element of our projects – the ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of pattern/color and material selection for carpets and rugs.
• Coordinate with art, lighting and other related consultants
• Review manufacturer and suppliers shop drawings and samples
• Participate in site installations, final styling and projects photography
• Be a Leader and provide ongoing mentorship and training for the FF&E team

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 8 years of interior design experience including – but not limited to international gaming and hospitality industries.
