Job Summary
Sell products/services to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives

General Responsibilities

  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures
  • Implement action plans (e.g. make regular calls/visits, take orders, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories
  • Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed
  • Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising
  • Prepare quotation/tender prices, delivery and commercial terms, in accordance with company policies
  • Report on the activities and products of the competitors via inputs to the competition reports
  • Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship management databases
  • Execute continuous improvement activities to enhance sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Track and collect payments from customers
  • Maintain a customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues
  • Respond to customer orders and queries. Inform current and prospective customers of promotions and new/upgraded products
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products. Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers


Job Requirements
  • School Certificate / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or equivalent qualification
  • 1 - 2 years sales experience in any industry in which healthcare related will be a plus (Recent graduates interested in pursuing a career in sales will also be considered!)
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
  • Basic knowledge in assigned territories/products/services and strong selling skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in Hong Kong and China, with a strong focus on international cross-border eCommerce and Chinese online marketplaces . This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the logistics and eCommerce landscape in Greater China. It can be based in either Hong Kong or Shenzhen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the existing key accounts in the company. Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with Chinese marketplaces.
  • Engage new opportunities and provide solutions to key focused markets of China/Hong Kong.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in international logistics, cross-border eCommerce, or Chinese marketplace operations .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the Chinese eCommerce ecosystem and cross-border logistics models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Hong Kong or Shenzhen .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with or for major Chinese eCommerce platforms.
  • Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping compliance.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and eCommerce tools.

About The Role

As a Senior Account Executive , you will play a critical role in driving client success across campaigns, growing accounts, and shaping regional initiatives. You will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — from strategy and content to influencer and production leads. This role calls for someone who combines strong operational execution with strategic thinking and a client-first mindset.

You will lead end-to-end campaign delivery, contribute to new business growth, and help optimize content production workflows — all while ensuring client expectations are exceeded and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Leadership & Client Management
  2. Take ownership of integrated influencer and marketing campaigns from briefing through execution and reporting
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the day-to-day point of contact and trusted advisor
  4. Translate client objectives into actionable strategies, media plans, and KPI frameworks
  5. Collaborate with internal and external teams (influencers, designers, media, events) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  6. Monitor campaign progress, analyse performance metrics, and recommend optimizations
  7. Oversee and coordinate on-ground activations, virtual events, or production shoots when required
  8. New Business Development
  9. Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts and drive cross-sell/upsell initiatives
  10. Support business development by preparing tailored proposals, case studies, and pitch presentations
  11. Maintain market intelligence on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activities
  12. Represent InfluenConnect x Comms8 at industry events, webinars, or virtual meetups where applicable
  13. Content Production Management
  14. Collaborate with design, video, and content teams to create campaign materials and client deliverables
  15. Ensure localized content (copy, visuals, formats) aligns with brand tone and regional relevance
  16. Supervise production timelines and quality checks across campaign assets

Ad hoc tasks may be assigned as needed and the tasks outlined above may not encompass all duties required in day-to-day operations. The company reserves the right to modify or change the responsibilities of the role in accordance with evolving business needs.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in marketing, event management and PR, ideally with over 4 years experience in account management
  2. Excellent communications skills

Job Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - ability to analyze market data, find insights, identify business opportunities and provide actionable strategic recommendations.
  • Strong sense of portfolio ownership, independent working, with the capability of translating partners’/ clients’ feedback into product enhancement initiatives.

Job Summary

As part of the eCommerce Sales APAC team, this role based in Hong Kong is responsible to help execute an eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth for the bank via the distribution of FM products over electronic channels (including SDP, ECN, and API). This includes a strategy to expand and deepen relationships with Institutional and Corporate clients and to lead digitization efforts to increase our E footprint across our key markets. Products covered include FX, Commodities, Credit, Rates and SCALE

Key Responsibilities

  • As part of the eCommerce Sales APAC team, this role based in Hong Kong is responsible to help execute an eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth for the bank via the distribution of FM products over electronic channels (including SDP, ECN, and API). This includes a strategy to expand and deepen relationships with Institutional and Corporate clients and to lead digitization efforts to increase our E footprint across our key markets. Products covered include FX, Commodities, Credit, Rates and SCALE.
  • Assist the wider eCommerce Sales APAC team to execute the regional strategy across all markets with focus in North Asia
  • Supports the cross selling of all FM products, a very important strategic initiative for future FM growth.
  • Drive the adoption of our Single Dealer Platform across countries and client segments.
  • Partners closely with key stakeholders and the Corporate Execution Services team to digitize low-touch accounts and achieve simplification and automation of the way we deal with clients.
  • As regarding the bank, understanding our unique DNA and market position to properly sell our abilities and appetite to our clients.
  • Achieving goals assigned in P3 document for Revenue and Volume across products, client segments and regions.
  • Proactive engagement with clients and timely delivery of relevant market intelligence. Always respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyse client flows and work with traders to optimize pricing and liquidity to achieve maximum monetization.
  • Continued provision of best in class service to help build the financial markets relationship.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of service delivery to the client within financial markets, including support functions such as operations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree holder (Business Administration or equivalent)
  • Experience in sales role in Financial Markets, basic knowledge and eCommerce sales experiences.
  • Languages: Proficient in Englis
  • CMFAS: 1B, 5, 6A
