Key Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term technical relationships with enterprise customers, focusing on GPU performance optimization and resource allocation efficiency on AWS cloud or similar cloud services.
- Analyze customers’ current architecture, models, data pipelines, and deployment patterns; create a GPU bottleneck map and measurable KPIs (e.g., GPU utilization, throughput, P95/P99 latency, cost per unit).
- Design and optimize GPU resource usage on EC2/EKS/SageMaker or equivalent cloud compute, container, and ML services; implement node pool tiering, Karpenter/Cluster Autoscaler tuning, auto scaling, and cost governance (Savings Plans/RI/Spot/ODCR or equivalent).
- Drive GPU partitioning and multi-tenant resource sharing strategies to reduce idle resources and increase overall cluster utilization.
- Guide customers in PyTorch/TensorFlow performance tuning (DataLoader optimization, mixed precision, gradient accumulation, operator fusion, torch.compile) and inference acceleration (ONNX, TensorRT, CUDA Graphs, model compression).
- Build GPU observability and monitoring systems (nvidia-smi, CloudWatch or equivalent monitoring tools, profilers, distributed communication metrics) to align capacity planning with SLOs.
- Ensure compatibility across GPU drivers, CUDA, container runtimes, and frameworks; standardize change management and rollback processes.
- Collaborate with cloud provider internal teams and external partners (NVIDIA, ISVs) to resolve cross-domain complex issues and deliver repeatable optimization solutions.

- 5+ years in cloud technical support, solutions architecture, or customer success management, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in GPU/accelerated computing platforms.

- Experienced in cost and capacity governance, familiar with Savings Plans, RI, ODCR, Spot, Capacity Blocks, and right-sizing strategies or their equivalents in other cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated cross-functional communication and influence skills, capable of driving technical solutions with data and business objectives.

Ensure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of Conduct.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide sales information to Sales Manager each month to support development of proposed forecast
- Work with Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plan once proposed forecast is approved
- Implement product sales strategies to ensure sales goals and targets are achieved.
- Utilize selling skills to ensure customer needs are met and territory sales targets achieved through regular customer contact.
- Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within territory while maintaining existing business.
- Attend marketing activities, conferences/health talks/exhibitions/booth and trade displays as required.
- Ensure all activities in territory are executed with professionalism and comply with Abbott standards and Code of Conduct.
- Develop and maintain territory and customer records.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Nutritional Science, Pharmaceutical or related discipline
- Sales experience in health-care industry preferred
- Energetic and outgoing character with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive mindset and result-oriented Independent with strong self-initiative
- A good team player & highly adaptable
- Good English & fluent Cantonese. Fair Mandarin is preferred
- More experience candidate will consider the role senior sales representative

Key Responsibilities
- Participate as a trusted HRMS technical expert in pre-sales meetings.
- Evaluate client requirements, present solutions, and align them with BIPO’s capabilities and strategy.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet client needs, monitor processes, and configure systems.
- Prepare documents for clients, including project timelines, RFIs, RFPs, system demos, and workflow diagrams.
- Design system solutions based on client requirements and analyze current customer states to create business cases.
- Work with Subject Matter Experts on technical infrastructure and software development to develop proofs of concept and demonstrations.
- Display strong HRMS technical knowledge and effectively handle client requests.

Requirements:
- University degree (or final year undergraduate) in Computer Science, IT, HR, Business, or related fields.
- Strong willingness to learn HRMS and pre-sales solutions.
- Good communication skills, with basic proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and energetic problem-solver.
- Quick learner of technical concepts, interested in APIs and software integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve client acquisition targets by building a pipeline of prospective clients who are interested in products and services offered by the company including attending networking events outside of office hours;

Requirements:

- Has interest in social media and technology in the finance space;
- Knowledge of FIX and API connectivity is an advantage;
