We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales Trading to lead our OTC trading desk and help drive the development of new trading products. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on sales trading capability and strategic product innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional markets, a deep interest in crypto, and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution and management of voice and electronic trades across a range of asset classes (including major crypto assets and tokenised financial instruments)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing market insights and trade ideas
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, risk, legal) to ensure smooth trade lifecycle management
- Monitor market trends and client flows to optimize trading strategies and P&L
New Product Development (50%)
- Spearhead the development of new trading products such as ETFs, structured products, and derivatives
- Engage and negotiate with external market makers and counterparties to support product launches
- Work closely with compliance, legal, and tech teams to bring products to market
- Monitor market demand and competitor offerings to shape product roadmap
Requirements:
- 8+ years of trading or sales trading experience in FX, commodities, or equities
- Prior crypto trading experience is a strong advantage; candidates from traditional markets must have a strong interest in crypto
- SFC Type 1 license required; candidate must be eligible and willing to be appointed as a Responsible Officer (RO)
- Proven management experience with the ability to lead and grow a high-performing team
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Strong market sense, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to drive new initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or with a crypto trading desk, prime broker, or structured product team
- Familiarity with digital asset regulatory environment and operational requirements

We are currently seeking a talented Manager, Residential Sales to be part of our dynamic team, which continues to evolve and stay ahead of the Hong Kong residential market trends. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supervising the sales activities of the residential portfolio and will be involved in all sales-related activities of the Company's residential trading portfolio, from feasibility studies to post-sales services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct feasibility studies, market research analysis, develop optimal schemes, assess the development potential of residential sites and closely monitor market activities
- Review the development scheme and layout during design stage and formulate sales plan including pricing and batching strategies
- Coordinate with external and internal parties e.g. Marketing Team, solicitors etc for DMC preparation, presale applications, marketing collaterals preparation, first-hand sales compliance matters that including but not limited to the preparation of sales brochure, price list, sales arrangement documents and register of transactions
- Supervise officers to prepare sales scripts and Q&As for sales launch and provide training to frontline sales on product knowledge and customer services
- Ensure preliminary sales, purchase agreements and side letters are explained and executed duly to purchasers
- Handle manpower and logistic planning for sales launch and provide support in sales office / showflats / roadshows or other promotional programmes and campaigns
- Liaise with Estate Management and Projects teams to ensure smooth handover of completed units and deliver quality post-sales service including handling of purchasers’ enquiries
- Prepare the annual budget and updates on sales programme and cash flows
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in business-related discipline
- Professionally qualified in Surveying is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with good knowledge of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
- Makes good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward
- Interpretates and applies business, financial and market knowledge to make business decisions and advance organisation's goals
- Adapts approach and demeanour in a timely manner to match the shifting demands of different situations
- Self-motivated to work independently
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Assist the reservations team in performing daily tasks and responding to guest room enquiries
- Ensure that all guest interactions are at the highest level adhering to both Forbes and IHG True Hospitality standards
- Be knowledgeable of all of the hotel’s products and services
- Respond to guest requests in an accurate and timely manner
- Regularly communicate with guests to ensure expectations are met
- Assist in delivering the revenue target of the hotel by making upsell and cross sell revenue targets
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management or related field
- 1+ years’ related experience, including management experience
- Previous experience with OPERA PMS
- Must speak local language, Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Fresh graduate will also be considered

Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Distributor of medical device
- Focus : surgical products including but not limited to cardiovascular / cardiothoracic surgery / wound treatment.etc
- Target customers : HA & private hospitals in Hong Kong
- We are looking for CLINICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST - with details as follows :
- Degree holder
- An advantage if studies in Biomedical Engineering / Nursing / Engineering / Biology / Science / Biotechnology .or related
- 2+ year experience in surgical products; or nurse with surgical experience . or equivalent
- Knowledge in cardiovascular / cardiothoracic surgery is a plus
- Good communications in English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
- Report to Senior Product Manager
- Drive sales of surgical products by engaging with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital procurement teams.
- Deliver in-depth product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare professionals.
- Provide product support / clinical support in operation theatre when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Monitor competitor activity, gather market feedback, and identify new business opportunities.
- Attend product workshops and provide support during related congress, medical seminars and trade-shows
- Liaise with suppliers for updates, training, product feedback, parts.etc
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Transportation allowance : HK$25000
- Monthly incentive : based on each successful deal
- Annual incentive : based on annual KPI

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Senior/Recruitment Consultants in our Hong Kong office for different industries in locating the right talents within Human Resource specialisation. It is a 360 role where you will learn to be a true business partner to your candidate and client - providing appropriate candidates and market knowledge to your clients. You will communicate with your candidates to have a better understanding of their career motivations and how we can assist.
Continuous development opportunities will be provided depending on the your experience. We will also work together towards your career progression at KOS.

- Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
