We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated qualified personnel for the following position(s):

• Assist dentists in examination procedures, treatment operation and room preparation
• Reception duties, include managing income calls, patient inquires, and co-ordinating appointments. Handle records with computer
• Keep equipment in good conditions by following the manufacture’s instruction
• To ensure clinic and dental surgeries are tidy and hygienic
• Monitor storage of dental materials
• Shift duty is required (5 days work)

• Form 5/DSE graduate or above
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Knowledge in computer skill
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and detail minded, with the ability to priorities busy workloads and manage multiple demands
• Desire to deliver an exceptional patient care
• Good command in English and Chinese (Both Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Create the go-to-market plan to determine effective launch strategy, crafting the core product positioning and messaging, considering value proposition, target audience, competitive landscape, and other factors
• Develop various marketing strategies for products and ensure achievement of all market objectives and generate maximum revenue
• Evaluate all customer prices and ensure compliance to guidelines and ensure maximum profit or organization
• Review and implement distribution channel strategies and ensure optimal utilization, coordinate with Marketing Manager to develop customer retention strategies
• Taking care the training and education plan for professionals, make sure customers can receive comprehensive training, exposure with the latest innovations through education.
• Management of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), working closely with them for the product launch, marketing campaign and T&E plans.
• Provide training to Sales Team and ensure optimal product knowledge to effective market it against competition
• Supervise efficient working of all phases of product development, prepare all promotional materials and manage all communication to promote product effectively in market
• Monitor all inquiries and issues for products and ensure timely resolution for same, develop and execute annual marketing plan and ensure achievement of all objectives
• Able to provide technical support on Nobel Procera / digital dentistry portfolio for both clinician and dental laboratory customers
• Work closely together with Global team on brand management to plan and execute the strategic planning process

• Degree in marketing, business or equivalent
• Strong computer skills in MS Office application
• Possess relevant experience in medical equipment / dental field is an advantage
• Strong collaboration with sales teams demonstrating high levels of effective communication and understanding of the sales process.

• Strong analytical skills, able to clearly interpret scientific, clinical and commercial information.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously, balancing resources, timing and quality of outcomes.
• Team oriented with an ability to motivate and work well with diverse and cross-functional teams.

• Possess relevant experience in medical / dental field is an advantage
• Strong product management/marketing expertise, including market trends/analysis, product launches, product roadmap development, product-life cycle management, and pricing
• At least 2-3 years working experience in sales / marketing function

• 5 days work week (9:00-6:00)
• 14 days per year with additional 1 day after completion of 1 year, maximum at 20 days
• Required to support event during weekends or public holidays occasionally
