Job Description
Responsibilities:
l Develop and improve coating formulations based on customer requirements and industry standards
l Prepare samples for testing, analyse and interpret data from tests and experiments
l Test coatings for properties such as hardness, durability, elasticity, and resistance to heat, cold, and corrosion etc
l Document all work and findings in detailed reports, present findings to colleagues and management
l Work with the production team to ensure the quality and consistency of products
l Provide technical support to customers and sales teams
l Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure product integrity and quality control
Job Requirements:
l Diploma or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines;
l Minimum 2 year of experience in coating company;
l Strong communication and organization skills;
