Role Overview: Lead end-to-end fund accounting, valuation control, and tax risk management for regulated investment portfolios (including discretionary accounts and funds), ensuring compliance with SFC regulations, IFRS standards, and driving operational digitization.
Responsibilities- Control Framework & Compliance: Establish and enhance internal controls for investment accounting/valuation processes, including policies/procedures development, implementation, and monitoring for investment mandates, private and public fund portfolios.

Role contextHalcrow China Limited’s consultancy services offered include feasibility studies, investigation, design, contract administration and site supervision of all areas of civil, highway, railway, geotechnical and building engineering. Other services include asset management and risk assessment, building surveying and structural maintenance, quality assurance, conservation and restoration, project management and forensic engineering.
We are now seeking candidates to fill the following vacancy on the Resident Site Staff team for the above contract for the construction of upgrading/improvement works to some 6 slopes/retaining walls and 5 natural terrain study areas in Hong Kong Island, Lantau Island and the New Territories. The contract will commence in November 2024 for completion at end of 2028.
ResponsibilitiesNote: The original description does not provide explicit day-to-day responsibilities. The role is implied to involve site supervision and inspection activities as part of the Resident Site Staff for public works projects.

Note: Grade C and Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 and Level 2 respectively in the 2007 HKCEE and thereafter.
