1.Manage the Interactive Zone for “United in Arms Standing for Peace 80 th Anniversary of Chinese Victory in the War of Resistance Exhibition” exhibition

·Support and facilitate visitor engagement at the Interactive Zone, including conducting workshops, demonstrating programmes, managing crowd control, and providing customer service

·Assist with educational and operational duties, such as studying training materials, handling enquiries, distributing pamphlets, and maintaining daily tidiness of materials

2.Provide assistance to the Education Activities Sub-unit, including:

·Assist in planning and executing public education activities, including talk series, forums, outreach workshops, guest reception, attendance tracking, and general event support

3.Provide general clerical support and perform tasks related to customer services, including:

·Support visitor feedback and equipment management, including distributing questionnaires, referring suggestions, handling audio equipment loans, maintaining inventory records, and preparing related reports

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree holder, majoring in History, Marketing, or Education, is preferred
  • Obtained “Level 2” or above in 5 subjects, including English Language and Chinese Language, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE), or equivalent
  • Any full-time working experience in education, marketing, or customer service-related areas is preferable
  • Possessing good communication skills, showing strong initiative, being able to work within a team, and working independently
  • Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English, and fluency in Putonghua, is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of computer applications, including Chinese character input and using Word and Excel software

MedView Student Success Manager (English/Mandarin Speaking) – Crimson Education

Our Student Success team engages, manages and facilitates a student’s journey with Crimson to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for students and parents using MedView services. Respond to communications promptly (within 48 hours) and proactively communicate student progress to parents and students.
  • Regularly communicate with parents about student progress (at least monthly) and provide periodic progress reports.
  • Coordinate with the wider MedView team (Academic Advisors, Tutor Management, Tutors, Strategists) to support student goals and progression; identify upselling opportunities where appropriate.
  • Proactively resolve issues and escalate through the appropriate channel when needed.
  • Monitor student usage and progression through MedView services; take action if usage lags behind the Roadmap.
  • Provide high-level strategic advice to non-application year students on potential Medical School routes; receive training to perform this effectively. Application year students receive detailed application support from dedicated application strategists.
  • Keep up-to-date with current medical school entry requirements; participate in the tailored learning and development programme to achieve personal goals with management guidance.

You will partner closely with the student and lead the Crimson team (tutors, mentors, consultants) to drive progress through long-term roadmaps and mentoring to build their candidacy through the application processes. You can read even more about the role here.

This is a full-time position that can be remote or in one of our many offices around the globe, with a caseload of 40 to 52 students (dependent on the region). What Success Looks Like

Responsibilities
  • Provide overarching admissions strategies to students by creating individualized plans and executing on them in collaboration with the rest of the students’ Crimson team (Educational Coordinators, Academic Tutors, Application Consultants, Capstone Mentors)
  • Maintain expert knowledge of high school curricula, extracurricular and leadership choices, summer program applications, and standardized test planning to make recommendations regarding admissions strategies
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of institutions of higher learning to guide students and parents towards attainable school goals, working with them to create lists of best-fit schools of varied competition to maximize acceptance chances
  • Conduct formal consulting sessions with students on a bi-monthly basis, chronicling and sharing with relevant stakeholders notes and action items
  • Maintain reasonable levels of communication with students and families outside of formal sessions through various channels (e.g. email, etc.)
  • Facilitate or lead development and presentation of marketing materials for seminars or expositions in local markets
  • Collaborate with local Sales teams in Initial Consultations to facilitate potential client investment and understanding in Crimson’s products and services
  • Assist with Product and Resource Development initiatives to better our service
What Skills And Experience You’ll Need
  • Graduated from a Top 30 US University, Ivy League strongly preferred
  • At least 3 years of 1:1 undergraduate admissions consulting experience with 40+ students applying to top universities with excellent results
  • Deep industry knowledge of admissions consulting and the US university landscape
  • Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
  • Superior planning and organisational skills; experience in project management, event coordination, and product management a plus
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Resilience when working independently under pressure

Requirements

  • A native English speaker
  • A holder of university degree (in any subject)
  • Passionate about educating early years (2-5) children
  • An energetic, patient and resilient personality
  • Creative and artistic teaching abilities
  • In possession of teaching-related qualifications (e.g. TEFL/ TESOL, CELTA Certificate or PGCE/ PGDE in English)
  • Teaching experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Teach at the kindergarten/nursery in Hong Kong
  • Provide an authentic environment for children (aged 2-5) to learn English
  • Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
  • Develop lesson plans and teaching materials
  • Collaborate with local teachers and communicate with parents
