Responsible for Emirates E-Commerce (Emirates.com and OTA) revenue streams and activities in their respective Markets. Exploit the Internet as a sales, business development and customer interaction tool to reach the Commercial objectives set for the market. Work closely with the local Emirates Sales team to develop a localised E Commerce sales strategy including, direct marketing, pricing and management of all online activities. Manage and exploit all online Emirates functionality to increase usage in the local market. Management of all Emirates online products for direct consumers.
- In conjunction with the area/sales manager, implement and manage E-Commerce sales channels and strategies for Emirates.com and online travel agents.
- Promote the development and implementation of an online pricing strategy to achieve online sales targets in conjunction with the local Sales organization and the Pricing department. Liaise with all internal/ external stakeholders regularly to ensure all online campaign/channel activity initiatives are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured and does comply with the local legal requirements. Co-ordinate with E-Commerce and Global Leisure Sales EGHQ on all offers. Continuously monitor competitor activity and review the pricing strategy to ensure the value proposition of the E-Commerce channel.
- Developing of market specific strategy to increase direct online sales, include management of eBase, e-mail communication, etc. Identify and manage business development relationships to increase online sales. Expand and manage local OTA Commercial relationships. Leverage the relationships to develop and implement activity to increase OTA revenue and market share. Implement commercial contracts and ensure that these and existing agreements are maintained and administered in a professional manner. Manage and ensure local incentive payments are dealt with promptly.
- Identify direct connect opportunities with OTAs and develop strategy to optimise distribution costs and efficiencies.
- Ensure smooth implementation and commercialization of all new online features and products in the local market. E.g. Online check-in, closed user group functionality, manage my booking etc. Ensure all fulfilment and payment processes are implemented, supported and managed according to guidelines set by E-Commerce EK HQ.
- With Corporate Communications manage online content of the local Emirates.com website. Updates of the campaign management tool and Salesforce.com with all online activities. Ensure the agreed Corporate Communications policy and process is adhered to for all OTA marketing/media activity.
- Development of the annual Sales and Marketing Plan for the local E-Commerce market. Creation of monthly and weekly report to E-Commerce and Global Leisure Sales HQ. Share knowledge and experience gained in local market across the network.
- Ensure that assigned secondary markets are properly serviced from a strategic point of view. In cooperation with the local office, design a country strategy, setting KPI?s, continuously review activities, report on performance and actively advise on opportunities leading to higher Online penetration.
- Develop and manage online Commercial Relationships within the Affiliate marketing program. Leverage the relationships to develop and implement activity to increase online conversions. Implement commercial contracts and ensure that these and existing agreements are maintained and administered in a professional manner. Manage and ensure local incentive payments or trigger threshold payment to affiliate networks are deals with promptly.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree with a minimum 5 years experience in marketing/sales or operational capacity. Experience in the E-Commerce environment and an understanding of technology is essential.
Ability/Skills
- Specific knowledge of the airline industry, FFP, OTAs and global distribution channels would be advantageous.
- A mandatory understanding of the internet, e-commerce, direct sales and marketing
- A systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capacity to work around problems. Ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast changing environment.
- Familiarity with best practices n web-based marketing is essential. Thorough knowledge of MS Office applications

In this role, you’re expected to:
- Manage the full digital acquisition journey of new customers through awareness, acquisition and activation
- Drive top of funnel traffic through acquisition programs with with partners, vendors and organic channels.
- Develop and implement these acquisition programs, working in conjunction with segment, product, marketing, digital product, finance and internal control stakeholders to deliver on acquisition objectives
- Influence decisions regarding vendor/agency selection, development of creative assets, copywriting, channel testing strategy. Advise business teams on which products should be marketed / tested
- Source and manage exposure relationships with advertising partners, ad networks and publishers
- Benchmark our full conversion journey vs competitors. Identify areas to improve conversion yield through engagement strategies or process reengineering
- Develop data driven digital engagement and content strategy to effectively deliver Citi's franchise value to new and existing customers, based on different personas and needs
- Own all acquisition and activation touchpoints, including landing pages, application channels, mobile app and website modules
- Oversee quality assurance in ad copies, landing pages and sitelinks pre and post launch
- Document and manage quality assurance and record retention as per the process manual as required for business audit on a quarterly basis
- Manage regular reporting related to acquisition and sales
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
- 6-10 years of experience in a digital marketing or digital product role. Alternatively, similar experience with banking products and driving process change within those business units
- Experience with wealth, unsecured lending or banking products a plus
- Experience in identifying opportunities for process reengineering and implementing them in a banking environment is greatly valued
- Ability to story tell with numbers

We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations Associate (Graduate) to help with a variety of tasks relating to operating an e-commerce shop, such as managing orders with our partner warehouses, uploading content to our webshop, uploading ads to social media platforms, and managing translations of content for our webshop and marketing.
We take personal development and career growth very seriously. The E-Commerce Operations Associate (Graduate) role is an entry level position with a streamlined growth path. We're now looking for a China-based, fluent English-speaking Supply Chain & Product Development Manager to take full ownership of our supply chain — from factory to customer — while helping us develop new, high-impact products under our own label.
About the Role
This is not a typical operations job. You’ll be a strategic operator and product innovator rolled into one, working directly with our Chinese suppliers, shoe manufacturer, and logistics partners to develop new white-label and custom footwear products (including mold development).
You’ll manage end-to-end supply chain flow, implement lean inventory systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and brand consistency.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead product development projects from concept to launch
- Work with manufacturers to create white-label and custom footwear (incl. packaging and mold development)
- Negotiate MOQs, pricing, lead times, and prototypes directly with suppliers
- Optimize procurement, production, and fulfillment processes
- Align closely with our shipping agent for reliable, efficient final-mile delivery
- Forecast demand, manage inventory, and avoid over/understock situations
- Use tools like Mabang ERP and Shopify for product and inventory management
- Track and report on KPIs such as delivery speed, error rate, and landed cost
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, CX, Fulfillment) for product alignment
Who You Are
- Based in China and fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years in supply chain or product development (ideally in e-commerce)
- Skilled in supplier management, pricing negotiation, and logistics coordination
- Experienced with packaging upgrades, white label, or custom product development
- Proficient with Shopify, Mabang ERP, and Excel
- Familiar with JIT systems and lean inventory practices
- A clear communicator who can own processes and drive improvements
Bonus Points
- Background in footwear, consumer goods, or mold creation
- Experience working with international brands
- Degree or certification in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields

Job Responsibilities
- Assist Director of Sales and Marketing by managing the pricing and content of all electronic distribution channels.
- Ensure hotel information on electronic distribution channels (Website, Social Media & Online Travel Agents) is up to date.
- Ensure bookings, promotions, rates and inventory are interfaced with PMS system.
- Prepare monthly reports of room revenues in different segments.
- 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in Hotel E-Business marketing.
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline.
- Candidate must be proactive, energetic, creative, attentive to details, and responsive to changes
- Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good organization skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as word, excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop editing and Social Media knowledge.

What you'll be doing
- Loyalty Program Management: Manage and optimize loyalty programs, CRM system and VIP reward program;
- CRM Strategy Development: Assist in developing, planning and execution of CRM strategies and promotions according to the Group's objective in order to achieve KPIs as assigned;
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze database for formulating CRM initiatives in order to drive sales, acquisition and loyalty of members;
- Campaign & Event Management: Plan and organize creative CRM campaigns, workshops or events to enhance members' experience;
- Marketing Communications: Design and create promotional messages and materials to deliver effective and seamless communications engaging members via in-store POP, eDM, social media platforms and etc.;
- Partnership Development: Explore and identify opportunities for joint promotions with potential partners to increase member database and offer more value to existing members;
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Key Account team to develop and enhance loyalty programs;
- Liaise and work closely with internal or external parties to ensure efficient operations and timely rollout of CRM activities;
- Data Quality Maintenance: Maintain Data Quality via regular database cleansing or campaign operation
- Ad-Hoc Support: Support any ad hoc projects as assigned.
Who we're looking for
- Degree holder in Business, Marketing or similar field with at least 3 -5 years working experience in CRM field
- Experience with BI & visualization tools
- Hands on experience with CRM tools (e.g. Oracle ORCE, ELOQUA) and Whatsapp Business tools(e.g. Omnichat, Sleek flow)
- Experienced of developing CRM strategy and program
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with partner organizations for mutual promotional activities
- Strong understanding of CRM, database management and segmentation;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with creative mindset;
- Good communication skill and presentation skill to all levels of stakeholders
- Self-driven with can-do attitude and ability to deliver quality output
