Overview
Our client is an internationally recognised fashion brand that retails high quality fashion, denim and streetwear products. To cope with business expansion, management is looking for a strategic minded VP of eCommerce to direct the APAC eCommerce sales & operations.
Responsibilities- Lead the APAC eCommerce sales & operations team (6+ headcount) reporting to the Head of APAC.
- Strengthen brand sales performance through analysing sales data and collaborating with the eCommerce sales & operations team.
- Drive sales and design the online commercial development roadmap for Asia Pacific.
- Degree holder with a proven track record of success with any multinational retail label (Management Trainee background preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of eCom working experience with at least 2 years at a Director level.
- Familiar with APAC online shopping climate and consumer behavior across different online channels.
- Strong commercial sense and able to represent the company's objectives as a leader.
- Active, communicative, and energetic character; ability to communicate and collaborate with different departments is a must.
- Contemporary mindset with strong understanding of omni-channel retail strategies.
- Resourceful with proven problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese (any other spoken language will be an advantage).
