Job Responsibilities

• Expat to work in Thailand.
• To own the products in mass production including assembly processes including active alignment and die bond wire bond to end of life.
• To drive activities in identification and continuous improvement on yield improvement, Bone-piles reduction, and cost reduction
• To support problem solving on moderate scope and complexity
• To execute best known continuous improvements methods like FMEAs, SDRs, A3s and 3P activities,
• To drive product variants with the team from concept to implementation,
• To do independent characterization and analysis of laser alignment systems and die bond system

Qualifications And Requirements

• Bachelor of Sc. or Eng degree in Lasers, Photonics, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical
• 10 years of industry active alignment and die bond process experience in electronics or optical product manufacturing.
• Familiar with common electronic and optical terminology
• Teamwork orientation with effective communication, documentation, and presentation skills, as well as commitment to continuous improvement.
• Initiative-taking, able to plan tasks and small projects, to adhere to deadlines under tight project schedules.
• Strong data analytical skills, Initiative-taking, goal oriented, task driven collaborator.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Computer knowledge: MS Office. Knowledge of Jira, Agile, Confluence and Miro is a plus.

We are seeking a Dashboard / Tooling Engineer to design, build, and manage global dashboards and visualization tools that support trading workflows and business responsiveness. This role combines front-end BI development with backend service automation and deployment management.

Your team

You will be working in the Global Markets Quantitative Analytics and Development team.

• Develop and maintain automation services using Python, Java, and kdb+, enhancing trader workflows and operational efficiency.

• Manage service deployment pipelines including GitLab CI/CD, release management, encrypted configuration, and certificate rotation.

• Build and maintain Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization dashboards to present key business metrics and reporting outcomes.

• Collaborate with quant analysts and trading teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Your expertise

• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and Linux, with experience in backend service development.

• Familiarity with kdb+/q for time-series data analysis and financial data workflows is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools for data visualization.

Front-end development experience e.g. javaScript is a plus, but not required.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to understand and respond to business requirements.
