This role is for a full-time Tennis Coach who will work on-site at various residential clubhouses and sports courts in Hong Kong SAR. We are a newly established Sports Academy specializing in Tennis & Fitness training in Hong Kong. We want to nurture amazing next-generation athletes and players who are passionate and truly enjoy sports. We respect the uniqueness of each student and tailor training to unlock their full potentials. We want to build a team that is young, energetic and passionate to ignite everyone's passion towards sports. We operate all around Hong Kong, including our indoor headquarters at San Po Kong, LCSD public courts and South Horizons Residents Clubhouse.
Qualifications & skills
- Currently residing in Hong Kong SAR, or with a work permit;
- A certified tennis coach, preferably with 3 years of experience with good integrity;
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when it comes to children and adults of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities;
- Ability to organize and plan lessons, tournaments, and events, and keep track of student progress and feedback;
- Deep knowledge and experience in tennis techniques, tactics, and strategies, and a love of the game;
- Passionate and highly motivated with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to continuously learn and improve coaching skills;
- Fluent in English, Cantonese (optional), and Mandarin (optional).
Job descriptions
The Tennis Coach will be responsible for providing high-quality tennis coaching to children and adults, organizing and conducting training sessions, and guiding students on important areas such as technique, mental training, and strategy.
- Engage in Coaching Training;
- Plan & Lead training sessions;
- Contribute to the development of coaches through continue education and research of the latest coaching methodology;
- Enhance programs, provide feedback, and develop drills and games to improve skills;
- Ensure safe playing conditions;
- Maintain player and team records;
- Mentor players to develop sportsmanship and respect for the game;
- Motivate and inspire players to build passion, commitment and determination;
- Recruit new athletes for the team;
- Be present at student's tournament if needed;
- Work on management issues as required;
- Contribute to in-house and general media publications as requested;
- Contribute to the enhancement of the professional image of RC SLAM;
- Perform any other duties as assigned.

- Responsible for assisting the Infield Officers in overseeing the daily operations of the recreation and sports program to maximize the utilization of all infield facilities
- Maintain and monitor the condition of all infield areas such as the team changing room and the main pitch
- Report any loss and damage of infield equipment in public areas to the sports department
- Holder of Diploma or above in any discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience preferably in the Sports industry
- Holder of a First Aid/CPR certificate is an advantage

- Liaise, lobby and constantly communicate with government departments, major stakeholders, district councils, NGOs, pressure groups and other key stakeholders for solicitation of comments and support for planning and execution of HKTB events and campaigns

- Identify and collaborate with NSAs and event organisers for materialisation of partnership in promoting Hong Kong’s sports and wellness experiences
- Plan, develop and execute physical and digital elements and programmes in order to (1) raise event/ campaign/ core experiences’ awareness, (2) upkeep HK’s visibility, (3) drive local and overseas participation and (4) maintain/ raise event satisfaction in HKTB events and campaigns
- Supervise and monitor event managers/service contractors/supporting organisations for ensuring quality and timely delivery of services required in accordance with the agreed scope of services/ roles and responsibilities
- Process and procure all necessary licenses and permits for staging the event and ensure its compliance with all applicable HK laws and regulations
- Develop operation plans and administer all related process and logistics for staging the agreed event components in accordance with corporate policy
- Keep close contact with third-party event organisers for creating collaboration opportunity and ongoing relationship building in promoting Hong Kong tourism in general
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- University graduates, preferably in disciplines of event management/ sports and recreation management/ marketing
- 8 years or above solid experience in event management from planning, programme development, budget monitoring, contractors management to execution stage is preferred
- Proven track records in event marketing, organising and managing large-scale/ territory-wide event and promotional campaign, preferably outdoor sports events/ mass participation events
- Experience in government liaison and stakeholders engagement will be an advantage
- Creative and resourceful connection with commercial establishments, local community and charitable organisations, NGOs, national and community sports organisations
- Excellent organisation, problem solving and time management skills
- Proactive and responsible team player who is capable of handling unexpected changes/ situations in outdoor event preparation and staging
- Excellent presentation and communication skill with internal function teams and external sponsors/ stakeholders to deliver effective promotion via quality collaborations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise among assignments, willing to work long hours during event season and to function effectively under pressure
- Understand the latest market trend and generate creative ideas in uplifting event profile and reputation within target market segment
- Ability to give suggestions and drive new initiatives for enhancing event status and participants'/ visitors' satisfaction
- Detail-minded and follow strict guideline when dealing with company’s procurement and legal process

A Sports Prediction Market Trader operates at the intersection of data analytics, financial expertise, and a passion for sports. This role involves market-making in sports prediction contracts and managing risk in sports prediction markets. The trader’s objective is to leverage their understanding of both sports and market dynamics to maximize profits while carefully managing risks.
Key Responsibilities- Market Making and Trade Execution: Systematically providing liquidity by posting buy and sell offers, narrowing spreads, and facilitating efficient market operations as appropriate
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor a wide range of sports prediction markets—including but not limited to soccer, basketball, baseball, football, and emerging eSports—for price movements, liquidity, and volatility. Analyze historical data, trends, and live odds to identify trading opportunities
- Risk Management: Monitor overall portfolio risk, position limits, and exposure caps to stay within risk tolerance. Adjust strategies based on variance, probability shifts, and new information
- Trading Operations (BAU): Test and provide liquidity for new sports contracts when listed
- Trading Development: Collaborate with developers and risk managers to improve the trading infrastructure, including connectivity, pricing, execution, and booking logic
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Advanced degrees are an asset
- 5+ years of profitable sports prediction trading experience on a leading trading desk in a bank, proprietary trading firm, or market-making shop
- Demonstrated experience in successfully building and managing trades
- Familiarity with Python and a keen interest in expanding your technical skillset
- Strong critical thinking skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail
- Adaptive, self-motivated, enjoy challenges and responsibility, and thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments
- Experience with prediction market platforms, sports betting exchanges, or similar financial environments
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Monitor 24/7 market activity and update trading models with the latest data in collaboration with the team
- Conduct pre-market and post-market analyses of upcoming sporting events, identifying key opportunities and risks
- Place trades across multiple markets, responding to changes in live odds, news reports, and betting flows
- Communicate with team members to discuss strategies, notable events, and market shifts
- Monitor active positions, adjust orders, and hedge exposures throughout the day
- Analyze trade outcomes and refine predictive models for future events
- Prepare end-of-day summaries, performance reviews, and compliance reports

ESF Explore is looking for Football Coaches on a part-time, hourly basis. Contributing to the development of tomorrow's football players in Hong Kong is the rewarding experience that coaching with the ESF Lions Football Programme can give you!
From Monday to Sunday, we have sessions at most of the 22 ESF primary and secondary schools throughout Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories. Coaching children from 5 to 11 years old, the After School Programme coaches furnish Hong Kong’s young players with the building blocks to mature into well-rounded players.
Requirements
Essentials
- Possess a current Football Level 1 Coach Award accredited by a national governing body
- Fluency in English essential, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be passionate about sport, especially teaching football and have an abundance of energy, enthusiasm and patience to work with young children
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environments, ability groups and weather conditions
- A commitment to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours
- Willing and enthusiastic about continued professional development, education and training
- Proven record of working with children in the 3 – 12 year old age group
- Experience of working with schools
- Good organisational and planning skills
- Proven ability to use own initiative
- Additional sports-related qualifications
