- Partner with grantees and other strategic partners of the project to convene thought leadership and build alignment across all schools and the welfare sector participating in the projects to ensure successful delivery of the project
- Oversee the design, development and implementation of the project's intervention and evaluations. Conduct internal and external stakeholders engagement as required to ensure successful delivery of these interventions and evaluations
- Manage the strategic portfolio by overseeing other strategic Early Childhood Development initiatives
- Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective delivery
- Understand and manage renovation and fit out of child playhouses
- Other ad hoc tasks as per assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Excellent command of English and Cantonese, and preferably Mandarin
- At least 10-12 years of experience, with solid exposure of childcare or early childhood
- Understanding of Early Childhood curriculum and children's physical development is critical
- Passionate about making an impact, charity and childcare, fast learner and hands on

Duties
- Provide daily care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

- With english as main language, the ability to speak mandarin or other languages with the children is appreciated to help promote language skills and cultural exposure.
- Assist with schoolwork, snack preparation, and any other needs related to the children's daily routines.
- Help with bedtime routines, including reading, brushing teeth, and ensuring a calm and positive environment before sleep.
- Travel with the family to various destinations and ensure that the children are well cared for while away from home.
- Maintain a clean and organized play area and assist in tidying up after activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents about the children's progress, health, and any concerns, including drafting reports and following calendars and checklists.
- Work collaboratively with other nannies and home staffs to ensure seamless care during rotating shifts.
- Adapt to the children's changing needs, providing emotional support and encouragement.
Education, Experience, Licensing Requirements
- Fluent in English. Appreciation for Mandarin or any other western language.
- Graduate education completed in fields such as education, nursing, or another comparable discipline.
- 3+ years of professional experience in childcare, including roles such as babysitter, nanny, teacher.
- References from previous employers.
- Certification in first aid and child and infant CPR, AED certification is a plus.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is a plus.
- Driver's license is a plus.
