- Lead the design, schematic capture, and layout of PCBAs using tools like Altium Designer or Eagle, focusing on power electronics, sensors, microcontrollers, and wireless modules for battery-powered robotic devices.
- Conduct PCB prototyping, testing, and validation, including signal integrity analysis, thermal management, and compliance with standards
- Develop and integrate embedded software/firmware (C/C++ on microcontrollers like STM32 or ESP32) for motor control, sensor data processing, and IoT connectivity in pool maintenance products.
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and quality teams to ensure PCBA designs align with product enclosures, environmental durability (IP ratings), and manufacturing scalability.
- Troubleshoot and optimize electronics for efficiency, noise reduction, and cost-effectiveness, supporting DFM/DFA reviews and supplier interactions.
- Maintain documentation, including BOMs, design files, and test reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in electronics engineering in PCBA design for consumer electronics or robotics
- Experience in software-hardware integration for real-time systems, with a track record of bringing products from concept to production.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will be involved in assisting project design works; preparing calculations and drawings; modelling of engineering behaviour, etc.
