They are looking for a (Senior) Education Development Executive, supporting overall sales and related administration work. The ideal candidate is organised, people-focused, has a strong sales mindset, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our education programs.
Responsibilities- Schedule and manage lesson bookings for students and tutors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with tutors, parents, and the Education Department to resolve booking inquiries and maintain client satisfaction.
- Answer parents’ inquiries and recommend suitable courses and tutors tailored to their needs.
- Actively support the sales process by identifying and promoting educational services to clients, with a focus on recommending additional programs and courses.
- Collaborate with the Education Department and business development teams to implement strategies that drive student enrollment and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, client correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Support program logistics, such as preparing materials, coordinating schedules, and tracking attendance.
- Maintain accurate client and program records using scheduling tools and CRM systems.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and scheduling tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
