We are looking for a hands-onEducational Consultant / Education Counselor who wants to establish and advance his or her career in a fast-paced environment while having a great time. Lee Educational Consulting is a tutoring and admissions counseling centre dedicated to helping students reach their full potential in personal development and in academics. We believe in today's oversaturated world of educational consulting, success is found in being able to go above and beyond for students. You don't have to be perfect, just excellent, and we promise to be the same! Our team environment is fun and fast-paced; we're passionate about growing personally and professionally. You'll be able to expand your teaching skills and sharpen your case management abilities. But the really cool part is what we do really matters; what we do changes lives!

Responsibilities:

• Advise parents on educational pathways & Hong Kong international school applications
• Manage school applications, communicate with parents, and follow up with schools
• Conduct interview training and assessment trainings with students
• Must be able to work 5 days a week from tuesdays to saturdays

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Applicants must be Hong Kong permanent residents with identity cards

- Proactively follow up with leads and provide professional consultations to prospective students

- Offer tailored learning advice and detailed course information to help students make informed decisions

- Collaborate with the marketing team to handle incoming enquiries and convert leads through calls and consultations

- Deliver ongoing support to enrolled students, offering one-stop shop solutions for Chinese students to settle down in the new school environment (primary and secondary) in Hong Kong

Qualifications

- Diploma holder in any discipline

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles

- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (essential)

- Prior experience in education consulting or a similar capacity is highly preferred

- Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in helping others succeed

• Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements.
• Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
• Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution.
