What You'll Do

Travel service queries related to how to access travel services, how to manage services or applications or where to go for the required technical support on any facet of the HSBC Travel programme;

Collaborating with Travel Services peers in other regions;

Support and respond to enquiries regarding Travel policy;

Action and respond to complaints or lack of response from Third Party Suppliers;

General enquiries on MyTravel services and related service applications;

Being the point of contact for any queries on recent communications that have been distributed regarding the HSBC travel programme;

Response to invoice queries and/or support to acquire related documentation for a Third Party Supplier;

Keeping distribution lists updated for Traveler and booker audience in region;

Supporting local and regional travel managers with critical issues to global travel lead and/or Head of Travel & events;

Firm understanding of all HSBC travel platforms;

Support and redirection of enquiries regarding corporate card and expenses.

Support local and regional Amex GBT counsellor/management queries as applicable;

The Conversational Banking, AI & Innovation team is globally accountable for our Chat and Messaging channels that deliver a fantastic customer experience through a combination of AI and human agent support.   • The role holder must have an excellent understanding of how Conversational Banking channels can both drive customer satisfaction and reduce cost, and ensure that the procedures/processes used to deliver these are in accordance with Group Standards.
  • The role holder may be required to manage multiple complex responsibilities involving interaction with several business areas.
  • The jobholder will ensure the fair treatment of our customers is at the heart of everything we do, both personally and as an organisation.   • The jobholder will also continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • An entrepreneurial drive, with the ability to deconstruct and solve problems, to investigate drivers and figure out why things happen
  • Deep experience in customer-facing Conversational AI and GenAI products, ideally within a banking or Fintech environment
  • Experience in a global or regional roles, working effectively to deliver targets across diverse cultures.
  • Ability to set clear strategic direction, aligned with Markets, Customer Segments, and Physical Channels preferred
  • Extensive experience with the range of digital product development and deployment activities including identifying opportunities and developing business cases, defining product requirements, engaging a wide range of functional experts to agree deployment approach, project execution, launch, and post launch performance measurement and management.

  • SAFe experience, operating on quarterly planning cycles where your responsibility is to ensure the teams fully understand the priority of the work that they need to pick up, and that it is defined sufficiently for them to estimate accurately and understand any dependencies

  • Experience with chat, messaging and conversational AI products is a strong advantage.

  • Strong communication skills for navigating through business requirements, differences of opinion on approach.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups.

  • Proven ability to influence large teams without direct leadership authority.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Corporate Specialist I, Pensions.**
**Principal Responsibilities**
+ Establishing close business partnerships with relationship managers from Commercial Banking, Global Banking Market and brokers to uplift the referral rate of Corporate Business
+ Soliciting new pension business effectively with Commercial Banking, Global Banking Market and brokers to achieve business target across all customer segments in the bank
+ Managing the servicing need of Commercial Banking, Global Banking Market and identifying a variety of sales and servicing initiatives to enhance referral business from Commercial Banking, Global Banking Market and Brokers
+ Collaborate with RTD teams to generate Retail Referrals & HSBC Life to Solicit Employee Benefit Business from our pension clients **.**
+ Act as the Mandatory Provident Fund specialist to manage expectation and to improve the satisfaction level of customer throughout the processing of sales and service.
+ Support the Pensions proposition and business strategy to effectively to drive the business initiatives.
+ Planning, managing and allocating resources effectively to ensure sales and servicing standards of bank
**Requirements**
+ University Bachelors Degree in a relevent field
+ Solid experience in business development and marketing, particularly in the MPF and insurance industry
+ Holder of Insurance, HKMA and MPFA license or Pass in HKSI exam Paper 1, 7 and 8 and MPF licensing exam
+ Excellent customer-servicing manner, communication and problem solving skills
+ Proficient in Personal Computer skills including Excel, Words and Database skill
+ Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
