ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated candidate to join the Contracting Business Department of CLP e-Solutions Limited. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing timely and accurate clerical services such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, document dispatching, data entry, and simple report generation.
- Maintaining an efficient filing system and conducting monthly internal cross-checks.
- Supporting the supervisor in maintaining office equipment, including coordinating repairs, renovations, and refurbishments.
- Facilitating the application and monitoring of staff airport and vehicle permits.
- Managing staff claims, stationery, and hygiene supplies.
- Assisting project teams in preparing proposals and tender submissions.
- Maintaining and updating project files, documents, and databases accurately during project execution.
- Consolidating and cross-checking duty rosters from different project teams.
- Managing assets, including purchasing, registration, physical checks, and disposal.
- Supporting the organization of recreational activities such as Christmas parties and volunteer events.
- Demonstrating commitment to CLP’s culture and adhering to HSSEQ standards and Data Protection policies.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
- 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) or Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent.
- Recognized Diploma in Business Studies or similar; university education is a plus.
- At least 5 years of relevant clerical and administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Office applications in both Chinese and English.
- Knowledge of Oracle or Power Apps is advantageous.
- Organized, independent, and capable of working under pressure.
- Good attitude with a helpful and supportive manner.
- Experience working in airport environments is preferred.
- Less experienced candidates may be considered for lower roles.

Supporting the Project Officer to plan and implement the ECF-funded project – Green Building Education and Capacity Building Programmes (ECF Project).
- Assist to plan and implement the ECF Project activities including:
- Launching ceremony including event management, placing of advertorials and advertising using social media
- Promotion talks at tertiary education institutes
- Production of career promotion videos
- Green building foundation certificate course
- Micro-credential topical short courses
- Green building tours
- Assist to administer surveys to measure the effectiveness of the programmes
- Assist to compile reports for reporting progress to the ECF fund
- A good University degree in a relevant subject
- Strong interest in developing a career in environmental education and promotion
- Previous experience in organising similar activities would be an advantage
- Previous experience in video and graphic processing would be an advantage
- Outreaching personality and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Chinese

Job Description
The MEP Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager will be working alongside a Project Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the MEP aspect of a notable refurbishment project, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and client’s requirement, and within budget for a prestige client. The ideal candidate shall have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, FS, and lift systems, along with excellent leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support MEP project planning, scheduling and execution for replacement of the whole MEP System within a refurbishment project while the notable building remains in operation.
- Coordinate with the Consultants such as architect, engineers and Main Contractor to ensure project alignment meet the technical and performance parameters set out by the Client.
- Take a responsible role in interfacing with the client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers at all project stages regarding MEP matters.
- Manage project budget, resources, and timelines through designated software programmes.
- Maintain effective project governance and compliance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
- Manage with the Consultants and Contractors on Permitting, Statutory matters, submission & approval
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings to monitor design and construction progress
- Prepare and present project reports such as detail plan, progress reports, project execution plans, risk assessments etc.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, health and environment regulations and quality standards
- Prepare RFP for consultants’ appointment
- Coordinate with Consultants in preparation of tender documents, tender process & interviews, and tender evaluation report with recommendations.
- Monitor and advise on project budget, value engineering, coordinate cost report with QS.
- Ensure prompt client invoicing and utilising of internal accounting systems in order to monitor a project’s financial status.
- Take a leading role in interfacing with the client, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, suppliers at all project stages regarding MEP related matters.
- Design and Build project knowledge is a plus
- Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to the appropriate line manager
- Ensure that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the Turner & Townsend internal database

Remuneration and Benefits:
The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- To perform ESG and sustainability related tasks under the direction and guidance of other consultants;
- To assist project managers and consultants to carry out both technical and non-technical project work;
- To conduct occasional site visits to collect ESG and sustainability related data; and
- To perform other duties as necessary.
- Diploma / High Diploma / Associate Degree holder in civil engineering, environmental science, environmental engineering, sustainability, or a related discipline;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Good communication and analytical skills;
- Able to complete assigned tasks under the direction of other consultants; and
- Possess a proactive approach to tasks.

Job responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and general support to project team;
- Assist in preparation of correspondences, reports and presentation materials;
- Assist in handling document submissions, monitor project budgets, material delivery schedules, and inventory records;
- Handle customers’ enquiries professionally and promptly;
- Handle data input and ensure data accuracy in systems;
- Manage filing systems and document control systems;
- Coordinate with external and internal parties to facilitate smooth business operation;
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments are required.
Job requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in engineering or telecommunications firm or project management team is preferred.
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
- Knowledge of Radio Frequency, Mobile Network, IT, or E&M will be an advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Proficient in PC skills and MS Office.
- Good telephone manners, attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple-tasks and prioritize works.
- Ability to establish and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Independent, responsible, punctual, and having good communication skills are essential.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for appointment as Sales & Project Assistant.
