Accounting Assistant
Your role:
- Responsible AR & AP functions
- Preparing reconciliation for shop daily sales and accounts receivable
- Handling daily accounting duties including voucher preparing, cheque issuing, refund to customer, bank reconciliation and documents filing
- Perform assigned ad-hoc duties and supporting tasks
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline with minimum 3 years relevant experience in F&B industry
- Self-motivated, responsive and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and good interpersonal skills
- Detailed-minded with strong administrative skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Immediately available preferred

- Account payable duties for General supplies, ensuring payments and invoices are processed accurately and on time in accordance with the approved POs.
- Maintain and update supplier data and information.
- Check monthly commission payable to service providers.
- Conduct month end stock takes, investigate discrepancies and update inventory records.
