We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Consolidation and Reporting Manager to join our finance team at our Hong Kong headquarters. - Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial data to the parent company in Italy for global group consolidation.
- Act as the primary contact between regional finance and Italian headquarters on financial reporting, group forecasting, and consolidation matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including experience in audit (preferably with a Big Four firm) and roles within a group subsidiary reporting to an international group.
- Strong understanding of consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and reporting packages.
- Experience with complex financial processes and multi-entity structures.
- Familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities
- Support BU and SU to comply with latest legal, regulatory and internal requirements on combating financial crimes and complying with sanction requirements:
- Evaluate and advise on AML and sanctions risks arising from the customers, transactions, products and / or segments
- Review sanctions, Politically Exposed Persons ("PEP") and adverse media related exception flagged by system (Actimize or equivalent) and manually escalated by BU and SU identified on the customer relations and transactions
- Keep abreast of relevant legal and regulatory development and perform a gap analysis on the relevant policies and procedures. Act as key liaison officer with BU and SU to advise and clarify issues arisen from updates on local law, regulation or Group standards. - Contribute to Group's AML projects and initiatives:

- Participate in Group's AML projects and initiatives and perform risk assessment with proper advices offered from AML and sanction compliance perspective
- Cultivate high AML awareness and culture in the organization:
- Formulate and implement AML and sanctions training programs to BU and SU to uplift the standard of AML and sanctions awareness
- Keep the training materials up-to-date and relevant and educate the staff on the relevant regulatory developments and compliance policies and procedures
- Assist Head of AML and FCSS in responding enquiries and requests from relevant authorities, management and internal audit:
- Support AML and sanction-related management information reporting on a regular basis. Escalate swiftly to senior management on any material issues including breaches or potential violations of applicable laws, regulation or Group standards
- Assist preparation of responses to internal or external examination
- Maintain proper registers for all AML and sanctions works and manage tracking and remediation on outstanding AML and / or sanctions issues or findings
- Support all relevant control checks undertaken by FCSS under the operational risk framework and promptly escalate to senior management for any significant risks identified
Job Requirement
- Degree holder
- Qualified as Associate AML Professional ("AAMLP") or Certified AML Professional ("CAMLP")
- With least 8 years of relevant compliance and / or AML experience acquired from international bank(s)
- Good understanding on consumer, corporate and private banking products, services and transactions
- Good knowledge on legal and regulatory requirements of AML and compliance principles and corporate governance practices
- Good compliance and risk control concept
