A fast-growing investment management group is seeking a seasoned finance leader to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer . This individual will be responsible for the group-level finance function, driving financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence across all businesses.

Role Overview:

The incumbent will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic financial direction, ensuring robust financial controls, and supporting the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
  • At least 15 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 5–7 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong background in financial management within investment management, private equity, or other buyside financial institutions , with a global business outlook.
  • Proven expertise in group-level reporting, consolidation, and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, partner, and collaborate across businesses.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Mandarin .
