- Oversee the warehouse and daily operations of a logistics team in alignment with group policy
- Supervising daily warehouse activities including space management, manpower allocation, operation efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate communication and resolve vendors' performance/issue to ensure fulfillment of contractual service commitments
- Design and coordinate strategies and plans to optimize truck capacity (time, cube and weight), delivery on time and minimizing cost per unit
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all transportation and delivery documentation, schedules, and inventory records are accurate and error-free.
- Investigate any incidents and take appropriate corrective/preventive action promptly
- Provide constructive solutions to operational challenges to enhance productivity and minimize costs
- Handle customers’ inquiries, requests and complaints related to delivery, billing statements preparations and validations
- Establish and maintain effective communication with vendors, customers and suppliers for optimum delivery to customers
- Associate Degree or above in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in warehousing, distribution, transport, inventory and supply chain processes
- 2 - 3 years' experience in similar role
- Able to work independently as well as a team member
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both English and Chinese with PC knowledge
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Supervisor
- Immediate available is preferable
- Working location: Tsing Yi

Provides supply chain management and leadership, is people facing, comfortable with challenging situations with exec/client level internal/external stakeholders/leaders.
Develops team strategies and implements, manages and monitors the delivery of team goals and KPIs.

- Making recommendations to the client's SLT to overcome supply chain risks, including diversification and performance management with key suppliers.
- Working with management delivery partners (MDP) to ensure supply chain is working effectively and correct contract arrangements are in place.
- Applying the client's global objectives such as streamlining their supply chain, standardization of approach across multiple regions and Sustainability initiatives.
- Support in ad-hoc requests for reviews into high spend/volume categories for certain project types, such as branch refurbishment, furniture/carpet global agreements.
- Support the client's in their procurement planning for extension of agreements/re-tenders where required.
- Hosting the supply chain working group (SCWG), working with the client's UK and global procurement teams, to work through key procurement initiatives, common pain points and to collectively agree and propose strategic solutions.
- Manages team, providing leadership, direction, coaching and performance management.
- Utilizes comprehensive functional expertise and knowledge in relationship management contributing to the delivery of strategic objectives.
- Coordinates due diligence requirements and deploys understanding of the organization and markets for portfolio.
- Contributes to and improves processes, performance and commercial activity creating value add.
- Accountable for plan development and implementation including embedding, monitoring and delivering via others.

- Provide updates to internal stakeholders on shipment status;
- Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure proper inbound process with agreed lead time;
- Work closely with multiples forwarders for arranging inbound freight to warehouse;
- Full responsibility on shipping document management and traceability on shipment records;
- Import license preparation and declaration application in due course to meet customs requirement
- Analyzes inventory level to execute order creation in ERP for stock replenishment
- Making decision on releasing backorders based on inventory level
- Closely monitor outstanding orders and ensure delivery as per requested schedule with 3PL team
- Resolves inventory variances with adequate training & ERP system expertise; Preparing ERP Reporting for analyze and ensure accuracy in ERP transactions transmission to 3PL ERP
- Goods return and scrap management

- Proactively update stakeholders on reporting on daily and monthly basis
- Vendor management:
- Creating annual purchase orders for logistics related cost and allocating corresponding expense to the appropriate accounts;
- Follow up contract/ agreement with vendor on regular basis;
- Process all logistics related invoice for Hong Kong vendors;
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, particularly in logistics and transportation.
- A minimum of 5 years in all rounded experience in shipping , inventory management experience is advantage;
- Solid experience in ERP system, SAP is preferrable;
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to peers and management;
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to pick up ad hoc tasks; with a can-do attitude;
- Attention to detail; with the ability to identify gaps and discrepancies;
- Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner;
- Business level English communication skills required;
- Ideally holds a relevant university degree
