Job Responsibilities:
- Develop high-performance wireless communications Digital Signal Processing (DSP) solutions for 5G/6G L1 Physical (PHY) layer
- Engage in project tasks listed as follows:
- Develop and maintain test infrastructure software for verifying integrated System/DSP/FPGA
- Verify the integrated System/DSP/FPGA solution for wireless communication
- Track and analyze the verification/testing results
- Optimize and troubleshoot DSP solutions in target platforms to fulfil high performance and real time deadline requirements
- Build up know-hows on 5G/6G standardization
Job Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, Telecommunications or relevant disciplines
- Experiences in programming language such as C/C++, Assembly, are preferred
- Experiences in, knowledge of some of below would be a plus
- Wireless communications systems, such as 3G/4G/5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, ZigBee
- DSP/embedded system programming and optimization in ARM/X86 platform development
- Programming language such as Python, C#

We are seeking a hands-on project leader to optimize trade support and product control workflows while laying the groundwork for future digital asset integration. This role will involve enhancing existing trade support and product control frameworks and contributing to the firm’s digital asset business readiness, including process design, system integration, and regulatory alignment.
Responsibilities- Project-Driven Trade Support & Product Control Enhancements: Lead process re-engineering for trade capture, position reconciliation, and P&L attribution; define business requirements for system upgrades or new vendor tools; analyze gaps in current trade workflows and propose scalable solutions; support regulatory change projects (e.g., SFC regulatory change, crypto reporting rules).
- Digital Asset Business Preparation: Conduct impact assessments for crypto/tokenized securities on trade booking, settlement, and accounting; collaborate with IT, Compliance, and Front Office to design crypto trade lifecycle workflows; document requirements for blockchain integration; assist in vendor evaluations (e.g., crypto custodians, trade surveillance tools).
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Work with Front Office, Operations, and IT to align project deliverables with business needs; prepare user stories, process flows, and test cases for system implementations; train end-users on new processes/tools post-migration.
- 6-8 years in project-based roles (BA/PM) within securities trading, product control, or trade support.
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, P&L reporting, and middle-office controls.
- Experience with system migrations, process automation, or regulatory projects.
- Interest in digital assets (crypto, blockchain, tokenization)—prior exposure is a plus.
- SQL, Python, JIRA, Confluence skills for data analysis and documentation are a plus.

- Strong knowledge of government procedures and statutory compliance requirements will be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
