Our M&E team is involved in the related engineering design and construction of all types of buildings and infrastructure projects including commercial, industrial, leisure, sports, resorts, institutional, residential, public housing and healthcare projects. Infrastructure projects include railway, airport, highway, tunnels and specialist systems in information communication technology, airport systems, security systems, sustainability and fire engineering.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Resident Engineer in the Civil Engineering discipline to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular site inspection to monitor, co-ordinate, and inspect the underground utilities diversion works’ quality and associated civil engineering works, road works, equipment standard and to attend all site tests, material and mock up inspections and to ensure the works are executed in accordance with the design, contract specifications, statutory requirements and otherwise to safeguard good engineering practice.
- Check and ensure proper safety and monitoring measures have been executed on site according to approval conditions (if any) prior to the commencement of underground utilities diversion works.
- Carry out audit and quality check on the contractors’ site and safety management to the satisfaction of the relevant government departments and Urban Renewal Authority.
- Monitor the contractors’ underground utilities diversion works to prevent violation of terms and conditions under excavation permit, and report any irregularities found and instruct the contractors to carry out immediate rectification to ensure public health and safety.
- Chair regular/ad hoc project/site meetings to resolve any design and site technical problems, review site progress, update master programme and other project matters for the underground utilities diversion works in order to meet the target completion milestone dates.
- Reply the Contractor's enquiries/queries regarding underground utilities diversion works and associated works in prompt manner.
- A registered professional (i.e., Fellow or Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Civil Engineering discipline) or equivalent.
- A technically competent person of TCP-T5 according to the requirements in Code of Practice for Site Supervision Edition) and Technical Memorandum for Supervision Plans 2009 published by the Buildings Department.
- Possess all the relevant qualifications required in relevant codes of practice and statutory regulations to supervise utilities diversion works on site.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in civil engineering, preferably with experience in site supervision and utilities diversion.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Monitor the contractors’ underground utilities diversion works to prevent violation of terms and conditions under excavation permit, and report any irregularities found and instruct the contractors to carry out immediate rectification to ensure public health and safety.
- Chair regular/ad hoc project/site meetings to resolve any design and site technical problems, review site progress, update master programme and other project matters for the underground utilities diversion works in order to meet the target completion milestone dates.
- Reply the Contractor's enquiries/queries regarding underground utilities diversion works and associated works in prompt manner.
- A registered professional (i.e., Fellow or Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) in the Civil Engineering discipline) or equivalent.
- A technically competent person of TCP-T5 according to the requirements in Code of Practice for Site Supervision Edition) and Technical Memorandum for Supervision Plans 2009 published by the Buildings Department.
- Possess all the relevant qualifications required in relevant codes of practice and statutory regulations to supervise utilities diversion works on site.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in civil engineering, preferably with experience in site supervision and utilities diversion.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Resident Engineer in the Civil Engineering discipline to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of civil works, particularly in relation to underground utilities diversion, in accordance with statutory regulations and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular site inspection to monitor, co-ordinate, and inspect the underground utilities diversion works’ quality and associated civil engineering works, road works, equipment standard and to attend all site tests, material and mock up inspections and to ensure the works are executed in accordance with the design, contract specifications, statutory requirements and otherwise to safeguard good engineering practice.
- Check and ensure proper safety and monitoring measures have been executed on site according to approval conditions (if any) prior to the commencement of underground utilities diversion works.
- Carry out audit and quality check on the contractors’ site and safety management to the satisfaction of the relevant government departments and Urban Renewal Authority.
