Our M&E team is involved in the related engineering design and construction of all types of buildings and infrastructure projects including commercial, industrial, leisure, sports, resorts, institutional, residential, public housing and healthcare projects. **BUILDING ENGINEERING - STRUCTURAL**

Our Geotechnical expertise provides the robust foundation for infrastructure development. We help our clients to overcome complex geotechnical challenges to their projects by developing viable solutions. We provide one-stop access to a full range of services for an efficient and effective delivery of geotechnical solutions, from feasibility study to detailed design, to project management including contract administration and construction supervision. Engineering Geology is a separate sub-stream under the Geotechnical team. Our geological specialists support the geotechnical team and provide professional geological services, from Ground Investigation planning to 3D ground modelling, to help manage risk and facilitate the safe and cost-effective design and construction of engineering works.
**LAND SUPPLY / MUNICIPAL**

Our Land Supply / Municipal team is a dedicated and experienced team of engineers, transport planners, specialists and project managers who work closely with government departments and private developers to provide professional services such as planning and design of civil infrastructures, highways and bridges, traffic and transport planning and etc. From managing one single to multiple projects, we lead execution through design management, contract procurement, project programming and supply chain, supervision and leadership during construction and commissioning. (Quantity Surveying - Assistant Quantity Surveyor)

**WATER**
(Civil, Environment, Electrical and Mechanical)

**Main Responsibilities**
+ Undergo graduate development programme to obtain a professional qualification in relevant discipline(s) (wherever applicable)
+ Perform assignments which require application of standard techniques, procedures and criteria to carry out tasks for further development of judgment and understanding on professional and ethical responsibilities
+ Develop solutions for technical problems under supervision
+ Provide reports, analysis, research and design documents on relevant projects as directed
+ Participate in project teams to achieve work outcomes
+ Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy
**Qualifications**
**Core Requirements**
+ Final year students to be graduated in 2025 who are studying a Bachelor degree programme (for graduates other than UK) / Master degree programme (for UK graduates only) or above in relevant discipline(s) with regard to the business stream(s) applied
+ 2024 graduates with a Bachelor degree (for graduates other than UK) / Master degree programme (for UK graduates only) or above in relevant discipline(s) with less than 2 years of relevant experience will also be considered
+ Preferably with internship experience in related field but not a must
+ Good command of written and spoken English while good in Chinese is preferred
+ Positive attitude and passionate for professional development
+ Knowledgeable in using IT tools including business and engineering software and applications
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Self-motivated, willing to learn and tackle challenges

**Job Description**
In 2025 summer, we provide internship positions in various business streams. During the **8-week internship** , you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our staff on important projects. Interns will be assigned with different duties depending on the business line's arrangement. Assignments are designed to further develop judgment and understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**
+ Apply standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform assignments

**Environment**
The Environment team provides advisory and technical services to help clients achieve compliance, manage impacts, and reduce or even eliminate risks. Our services enable you to anticipate and manage the environmental impact at each stage of the project - planning and obtaining permits for new facilities; decommissioning, cleanup and closure of contaminated sites and surplus operational facilities; restoration for reuse; addressing critical climate change issues; protection or restoration of habitats and water quality; and preservation of cultural resources.

Our Geotechnical expertise provides the robust foundation for infrastructure development. We help our clients to overcome complex topographical challenges to their projects by developing viable solutions to projects such as tunnels, caverns, slopes, site formation, deep excavation, reclamation, site investigation, and ground improvement. We provide one-stop access to a full range of services for an efficient and effective delivery of geotechnical solutions, from feasibility study, to detailed design, to project management including contract administration and construction supervision. Engineering Geology is a separate sub-stream under the Geotechnical team. Our geological specialists provide professional geological services to facilitate the design and construction of engineering works.
Our geological expertise provides the robust foundation for infrastructure development, helping clients to overcome complex ground engineering and geological challenges to their projects, developing unique solutions where needed.   • Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent and preferably with professional membership

  • Previous experience in ASD Design and Build project is preferred
  • Proactive, good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
  • Good command of written English and Chinese

The Job
The incumbent will be responsible for providing integrated engineering support and project coordination to the project assigned. You will also lead a small team of engineering staff to supervise day-to-day construction works to ensure timely project completion with good quality and safety performance.
Requirements

  • Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent and preferably with professional membership
  • Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in project coordination, progress monitoring and supervision of structural work and temporary work design. Previous exposure in structure / ELS / basement works is a definite advantage
  • Previous experience in ASD Design and Build project is preferred
  • Proactive, good communication, interpersonal and computer skills
  • Good command of written English and Chinese

The Project Management Office plays a critical role in supporting C-suite executives and contributing to the success of Lever Style. This key position requires a proactive, resourceful, and efficient individual to implement the company's strategic goals, focusing on cross department communication, corporate strategy, project management, and business analysis and insights within the fashion apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO and other senior executives.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
  • Project Management: Assist with special projects, initiatives, and research tasks as assigned by executives.
  • Contribution to Corporate Strategy: Collaborate with different departments to propose innovative solutions and process improvements, assist in execution of corporate strategies and strategic planning initiatives, support the CEO in making strategic decisions that align with long-term company objectives.
  • Business Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough analysis of industrial dynamics, product categories, fashion trends, consumer preferences, market competition, and other relevant factors, provide actionable insights to assist the C-suite executives in informed decision-making processes.
  • Document Management: Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and meeting agendas; ensure the proper filing and retrieval of documents.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and facilitate executive meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and vendor coordination.

Candidate Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in executive-level project management roles (minimum of 5 years desired).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities; proficient in both written and verbal English.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information.
