Position Overview
We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes.
Key Responsibilities

• Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital software modules.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal business analysts to ensure the creation of digital user experiences.
• Facilitate our product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital software modules.
• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to improve the user experience.
