Graphic & Multimedia Designer
Monday Marketing is an innovative marketing agency specializing in digital marketing and brand promotion, helping clients stand out in competitive markets. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Multimedia Designer to join our team. As the Multimedia Designer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts to drive growth and brand recognition. You'll work closely with our marketing team and report to the Manager.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for various online and offline marketing materials including but not limited to graphic/video promotion materials, social media post, web design etc.
Co-Work With 100+ Famous Brand
Create engaging storyboard, design and execute shooting with the team to achieve project objective
Occasionally assist with video shooting for a campaigns (if required)
Perform video editing and post-production for Instagram content to align with brand guidelines
Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creative, trend-driven content
Immediate available is preferred
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Animation & Visual Effects, Video
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, After Effects, or CapCut
2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design or video editing (Instagram-focused preferred)
Passionate about social media and digital marketing

Role Overview
We're looking for a creative Graphic Design Intern to support our social, production, and campaign teams. You'll design assets for social media, ads, brand kits, and pitch decks, and collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, and producers. This is a hands-on role where you'll ship real work, fast.
What You'll Do
- Design social media assets (static, carousels, short-form covers, stories)
- Create brand and campaign visuals (key visuals, mood boards, mockups)

Position Overview:
As the Head of Visual Creative Design in the Marketing Department, you will comprehensively lead the management and innovation of the brand's visual identity system. You will be responsible for the design, quality control, and team management of all graphic and static visual assets. You must possess exceptional aesthetic sensibility, understanding of brand strategy, and project management skills to ensure that all outputs combine visual impact with commercial value, effectively empowering brand marketing and growth.
Core Responsibilities:
- Creative Leadership and Management: Lead the graphic design team (including internal designers and external collaborators), responsible for task allocation, creative guidance, quality review, and delivery management, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to high standards.
- Brand Visual System Development: Lead and maintain the consistency and rigor of the company's brand visual identity system (VIS), promoting its continuous evolution to ensure perfect implementation across all user touchpoints (online/offline).
- Omni-channel Graphic Design: Responsible for all graphic visual design required by the marketing center, including but not limited to: brand logos/visual identities, product promotional materials, social media images (FB, IG, LinkedIn, etc.), online advertising materials (banners, feeds, splash screens, etc.), offline event materials (posters, stands, manuals, packaging, etc.), and PPT presentation enhancements.
- Strategy and Collaboration: Deeply participate in marketing strategy and creative brainstorming meetings, providing professional insights from a visual perspective; closely collaborate with product, operations, and video teams to ensure overall unity of visual style. Manage collaboration and quality control with internal and external design partners.
Requirements:
- Experience: Over 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with at least 1 year in a senior guidance role within a design team. Experience with well-known brands or in a 4A advertising agency is preferred.
- Professional Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software such as Figma.
- Design Theory: Strong foundation in design theory with a keen pursuit of typography, color, and fonts. Excellent brand thinking with the ability to deeply understand business and translate strategy into powerful visual language. (Bonus: Some knowledge of illustration, motion design (After Effects), and UI/UX fundamentals.)
- Management Skills: Exceptional multi-project management and prioritization abilities, capable of leading a team to produce efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, expression, and cross-departmental coordination skills, able to clearly articulate design concepts and persuade others.

Responsibilities:
- Overse e the overall production of 2D graphics and the workflow system for corporate events and trade fairs (including on-site supervision)
- Plan ahead and provide creative input, set innovation graphic templates for team members to follow
- Give art direction / artistic advice in difference phase of production corporate publicity materials, including at printing process, photo shoots and during video filming, editing / multi-media device
- Prepare concept presentations to pitch internal customers
- Liaise with difference department on design requirements
- Cooperate with 3D designers / DO colleagues on the creative workflow system for assigned projects
- Quality control of work assigned
- Keep good quality control and improve cost-efficiency on all projects with suppliers
- Handle achoc / special projects assigned by DH/CR
- Provide assistance for on-site setup and preparations
Requirements:
- Degree holder with 8 years relevant working experience in graphic and branding design is required. Non-degree holder with strong experience will also be considered
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative suite : Photoshop, illustrator, Indesign, After Effect , Premiere & Microsoft word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Proven record of managing all aspects of a successful digital product lifecycle
- Strong organisational, project management and planning skills; able to prioritise multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining work quality
- Strong design sense and able to work independently or in a team to meet tight project deadlines
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills in English & Chinese
