We're looking for a passionate and creative 3D Designer to join our dynamic team If you love bringing event concepts to life and have 5–10 years of experience in 3D design—especially in the events sector—this is your chance to make an impact.   • Develop and conceptualize 3D designs for various events, including exhibitions, corporate functions, and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with event planners, producers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver innovative, experience-driven design solutions.
  • Create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance event design.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and within budget.
  • Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to overall event themes and narratives.

*Your talent *

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience in 3D design, particularly within the events industry.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and materials used in event production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing and quality-controlling vendors, as well as mentoring junior team members.
  • A compelling portfolio showcasing previous event designs and 3D renderings is required.
  • Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3D Max, Blender, or similar); CAD skills are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Applicants with less experience may be considered for a Senior Designer or Associate Director role.

Associate Creative Director / Senior Art Director

As an advertising associate creative director or senior art director, you will be acting as a creative thinker bridging the gap between the agency and its clients with adding significant value through your expertise. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and presenting advertising campaigns, making clear communication with the team essential for achieving successful outcomes.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in advertising agency or marketing firm is preferred (less experience will be considered as Senior Art Director).

  • Able to manage job priorities and solve problems in a timely and creative manner
  • Presentable, able to listen and interpret client's needs
  • Great maturity and people skills as often managing complex matric organization both at Grey and clients
  • A team player, great international and communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
  • Job portfolio needs to exhibit impressive depth and breadth of work
  • Thinking out-of-the box
