Job Description
The Account Executive is responsible for delivery of campaign initiatives / projects on all aspects of the brand business, coordinating the day-to-day account service efforts of the Client’s business unit in Hong Kong. This position will be the key contact between the client, media agency, creative agency, production house and all other stakeholders and internal team. This position will represent Tag to provide the highest quality of work, on time and within budget, and ensure all necessary quality checks are done and approvals received before releasing any materials. You will also provide technical input and advice on campaign assets when necessary.
Role Purpose:
- Key account representative between the client, Tag and the agencies
- Ensure that the brand’s image and standards are maintained at all times based on the direction and strategy set by the client and the brand principals
- Procurement and management of agency services (design & production), develop strong relationships with agencies and is expert in their capabilities
- Manage all aspects (internal & external) of the project management, including time-management, quality control skills and budget management skills
- Ensure all administrative work is completed according to Tag requirements, i.e. opening of job tickets, getting comments and approvals all via Tag’s procedures
- Preparation proposals and quotations and deal with the demands of clients
- Support in financial administration
- Support Account Manager and work as a team
- Any other support duties required
Key Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Communication, Advertising or Marketing is an advantage
- 1-3 years related industry experience (fresh graduate will also be considered)
- Experience in FMCG, retail industry or advertising agency is preferred
- Experience in ATL, BTL, Digital, all-rounded skills are preferred
- Organized, task oriented and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously is a must
- Eye for detail and interpersonal skills is a must, even when working under tight schedules and pressure
- Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong sense of responsibility with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
- Proficiency in both English and Cantonese (verbal and written)

Role Purpose:
- Responsible to manage the end-to-end purchase and delivery of the POSM materials. The primary focus of this role will be to manage the manufacturing process from taking briefs to production management to delivery to appointed locations in a timely manner.
- Manage all client requests quickly and efficiently, with high attention to detail.
- Responsibility to ensure Tag purchase order is correct and being placed with approved suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations
- POSM project execution for new store opening and store revamp.
- Understand and digest client briefs and floor plans. Process order form, gather required graphics and confirm orders with client.
- Provide client quotation and mange delivery schedule and shipping matters.
- Ensure all products adhere to brand guidelines.
- Communicate and manage vendors to ensure products are produced accurately, in good quality and on time.
- Update accurate record of WIP and documents.
- Create client invoices and manage related financial matters.
- Suggest innovative materials that best match with clients’ project needs (when required)
- Comply with purchasing best practices.
Personal Development
- Takes responsibility for own performance management working with the support of the manager
- Coaches and supports peers as appropriate
Process
- Ensures results of the customer satisfaction survey are acted upon where necessary
- Implements and uses best practice principles
- Implements and reviews local operating procedures manual
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in either purchasing / production / project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-orientated and result-driven
- Self-motivated with can-do attitude
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing.
- Product knowledge of 2D, 3D print and display materials will be beneficial
- Language: Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin on reading, speaking and writing

- Create compelling presentations, case studies, and sales materials to support client pitches.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide expertise on XHS advertising solutions during client meetings and pitches.
- Act as a subject matter expert on XHS, addressing client inquiries and providing strategic recommendations.
- Assist in closing deals by offering tailored solutions that meet client objectives.
- Direct Agency Selling
- Build strong relationships with advertising agencies to promote XHS advertising solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with agencies, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with agency partners, achieving individual revenue targets.
- Provide strategies for content direction that align with advertiser goals and enhance commercial appeal.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop innovative campaigns that leverage XHS’s unique features.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future content strategies.
- NMG China Solution Development
- Develop a roadmap for China-focused product development, including timelines, KPIs (e.g., revenue growth, client retention), and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product & content) to design and launch innovative advertising solutions tailored to the unique demands of the China market.
- Pilot new product concepts, packages, or bundled offerings that align with advertiser goals and platform capabilities, ensuring scalability and profitability.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future content strategies.
- Partner with XHS platform representatives to co-develop custom solutions, leveraging platform-specific tools if necessary
Key Responsibilities

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the digital advertising or social media industry
- In-depth knowledge of Xiaohongshu (XHS) platform, including its advertising products, user behaviour, and trends.
- Strong understanding of the China digital marketing landscape and advertising ecosystem.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Experience working with advertising agencies and direct clients in the XHS/China market.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative content strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective brand building strategies
- Initiate and execute publicity campaigns to promote the Bank's image through multiple communication channels
- Liaise with agencies & production houses to implement brand building initiatives
- Supervise the campaign work progress of internal marketing teams and liaise with the marketing teams for joint campaigns
- Conduct brand track survey regularly to monitor the brand awareness of the Bank
- Manage and monitor promotion budget on a regular basis
- Handle and supervise the procurement works of campaigns
- Perform duties as assigned
- University graduate with major in Marketing, Communications or relevant disciplines
- 8-10 years of solid experience in planning and implementing integrated communication campaigns across various channels including traditional and new media platforms
- Experience in banking industry is preferred
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Organized, strong self-motivation and attention to details, ability to work independently and responsively
- Computer literacy such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
