• Lead and manage interior design projects for all brand retail branches and headquarters offices.
• Develop and implement brand image design standards to ensure global consistency.
• Oversee design proposals, on-site construction, budget approvals, and construction quality control.
• Supervise daily operations and professional development of the design team.
• Collaborate closely with both internal & external parties such as project team to drive project execution and ensure timely project delivery
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design creativity and competitiveness
• Support ad-hoc assignments as needed

What we look for:

• Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design or any related disciplines or above
• Relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
• Minimum 15 years’ interior design experience in interior design, with at least 8 years in a team leadership role (Jewellery retail experience preferred)
• Proven track record in retail brand image and office design project management
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team leader and able to work independently under tight deadlines
• Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Occasional travel is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
