- Lead and manage interior design projects for all brand retail branches and headquarters offices.
- Develop and implement brand image design standards to ensure global consistency.
- Oversee design proposals, on-site construction, budget approvals, and construction quality control.
- Supervise daily operations and professional development of the design team.
- Collaborate closely with both internal & external parties such as project team to drive project execution and ensure timely project delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design creativity and competitiveness
- Support ad-hoc assignments as needed
What we look for:
- Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design or any related disciplines or above
- Relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum 15 years’ interior design experience in interior design, with at least 8 years in a team leadership role (Jewellery retail experience preferred)
- Proven track record in retail brand image and office design project management
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team leader and able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Good communication and written skills on both English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Occasional travel is required
- Immediate available is highly preferred

- We are looking for ACCOUNTANT - with details as follows :
- Report to Financial Controller
- Work in Accounting Team of 5 members
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- General Ledger Management: Prepare general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and closing processes.
- Payroll Management: Work with HR to manage payroll functions, such as processing payroll.
- Cash management: Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances and forecasting cash needs.
- Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment approvals, and vendor reconciliations to ensure timely payments.
- Audit Coordination: Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as needed.
- Tax Compliance: Manage tax reporting and compliance activities, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
- Moderate level of experience in design/planning principles and interpretation of design concepts
- Ability to produce and communicate with design team through hand sketch or 3D program is a must
- Site work experiences & furniture prototype review will be an advantage

- We are looking for OPERATION & SALES DIRECTOR - with details as follows :
- Sales : formulate & implement sales strategies and action plans for APAC market; and
- Supply Chain : source, develop & enhance vendor partners for supply chain; and
- Operations : lead operations team to ensure meet corporate objectives
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans. This will involve working closely with colleagues, clients and their teams to ensure service strategies meet and exceed the demands of customers.
- Create commercial opportunities to increase Company income on products and services. Develop business relationships with both existing and potentially new clients.
- Identify new market opportunities, taking the lead in constructing robust and successful business proposals that secure new contracts and long term client relationships
- Help establish sourcing and supply chain solutions to meet client needs.

- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operations.
- Act as a coordinator between all quality functions (in house operations, engineering and QC, as well as with suppliers and third party service providers such as laboratories and QC companies) in a global international context.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing operations team of 8-10 members that meets objectives, and which delivers best practice results, strong added value and consistently excellent results.
- Frequent travelling is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar role with a successful track record operating sophisticated supply chains.
- Able to produce high quality sales strategies and performance metrics.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level.
- Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player.
- Profound understanding of global markets and varying requirements for our products and services, with a special focus on APAC
- Experience in managing projects and unifying multiple functions into one direction.

THE COMPANY :

- Brand owner : office furniture
- Hong Kong : sales office for Hong Kong market
- Key customers : interior designers, architects, contractors and direct end users
- We are looking for MARKETING SPECIALIST - with details as follows :
- Report to Japanese Sales & Marketing Manager
- Play an important role in formulating and implementing sales & marketing strategies and action plans for a transition of sales model to drive business
- Lead the transformation for the process, creating the methodology for the client approach, improving the relationship with clients through the proposal activities and establishing strategic alliances with the end user in education sector and designers in workplace sector.
- Collaborate with sales team in order to give presentations to interior designers and end users.
- Build, maintain and enhance good relationships with interior designers, contractors and architects for business opportunities inclusive of organizing various marketing functions.
- Provide professional advices to customers for CMF (colours, materials & finishes), Workplace strategy, etc
- Providing after-sale service to the clients in terms of delivery for new Workplace trend
- Being the representative of the Corporate Furniture brand image and conducting activities for upgrading the brand positioning in HK market.
- Leverage the internal resources across the Asia Pacific area to utilize them in the HK local market.
- Build the systematic workflow with the team for acquiring & consolidating the clients’ needs
- Cooperate with internal designer and marketing team to share the market insight
- Explore new business territories e.g. Education sector
- Activate dormant customers and provide Workplace proposals to drive business
- 3+ years of experience in a business development, marketing or sales role in related industries or related discipline.
- Experience in the office furniture, interior design or coworking Industry will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the local commercial real estate and workplace design landscape
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting business objectives
- Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm)
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical insurance
