We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our Global Sales Effectiveness team as a **Front Office (FO) Development Coach** . The FO Development Coach will play a pivotal role in uplifting frontline capability and embedding a high-performance, investment-led sales culture across HSBC Private Bank.
This global role combines facilitation, group coaching, content design and operational delivery across the client team learning journey. You'll support Relationship Managers (RMs), Investment Counsellors (ICs), and Desk Heads to deliver consistent, client-centric advice and stronger commercial outcomes.
The FO Development Coach will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create training content, design role plays, and develop tools that reinforce our proposition and embed sales excellence across regions.

**In this role you will:**
**1) Training Programme Design & Development**

+ Shape and refine learning solutions across induction, accreditation and ongoing development, ensuring alignment to the Private Bank proposition and RM skills framework.

**2) Training Delivery**

**To be successful you will need:**
+ 8yrs+ experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services sales.
+ Experience in sales coaching, training facilitation, and/or learning design (formal coaching certification preferred).
+ Experience supporting or delivering assessment-based accreditation (e.g. observed role plays, structured scoring, feedback frameworks, calibration).
+ Knowledge of investment and wealth products, client engagement, and advisory process.

+ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience

We're looking for a Developed Asia Interest Rate Market strategist to complement our growing fixed income currency & commodity strategy research business. We are in the process of broadening our footprint, into adjacent asset classes and geographies.
**We'll trust you to:**
+ Generate qualitative and quantitative insights on Japanese, Australian, and New Zealand sovereign bond markets for Bloomberg's global user base
+ Work closely with the US and European interest rate and Asian currency strategists
+ Engage with clients and collaborate with colleagues across geographies and markets. Fluency of Japanese and strong grasp of English required
+ Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and external market professionals to grow a franchise and develop an ecosystem
**You'll need to have:**
+ A minimum of 5 years professional experience covering and / or trading at least one of the asset classes
+ Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
+ Independent thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
+ Ability to develop professional and collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues
+ Familiarity with Bloomberg family of indices
+ Bachelor's Degree, with CFA designation or MBA preferred
+ Strong knowledge of the Bloomberg Terminal
+ Proficiency in both spoken and written English
+ Demonstrated continuous career growth within an organization
