We’re looking for full stack software engineers to:

• provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services
• design, plan, and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages and tooling
• provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications
• conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC
  
  

Your team
You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Trade and Transfer Assets stream, as part of the Technology division in Hong Kong or Singapore.You will be joining a team that prides itself on care for its users and their experience,providing next generation trading tools covering multiple asset classes across international locations.

This is a senior engineering appointment, and as such you’ll play an important role in improving the architecture of our applications, development of tooling, pipelines and development workflow, and reinforcement of coding quality.

Your expertise

• senior full stack engineer with extensive experience focused on building and testing complex applications
• experience leading and mentoring other senior engineers, defining software architecture, and supporting teams to execute complex goals with exceptional quality and agility
• expert level knowledge in frontend and backend technologies (including Java or Kotlin, React, Redux and Typescript)
• expertise in CI/CD pipelines, tooling, and deployment (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes and Gitlab)

• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of the new features and systems.
• Contribute to the team by conducting code reviews to ensure the code quality and follow industry norms.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and bugs with the multi-functional teams.
• Understanding of standard methodologies for securing systems, including authentication, authorization, data encryption, and protection against common security threats.
• Maintain and ensure high quality software by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and coding standards, with accountability for production reliability and usage
• Agile team experience where responsibilities include the planning and delivery of user stories in an Agile SCRUM environment
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Software Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a full stack software development.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience leading a team of Software Engineers.
• Proficiency in Angular, Node.js/React, Azure DB, JavaScript, AKS & Azure cloud services, Oracle Databases (PLSQL) and UNIX script
• Experience with DevOps, RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline and tools such as GitHub Actions and Jenkins.
• Knowlege of Ali cloud, Poral DB are an advantage
• Version control, performance optimization and coding standard processes
• Need to have production support during non-office hours
• Collaborative attitude, willingness to work with team members; able to coach, participate in code reviews, share skills and methods
• Experiments with emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact what comes next.
• Insurance Industry knowledge/experience is preferable

About this Role

We're looking for self-driven experimenters who can help drive improvements for a constantly changing business. We like candidates that love to learn, share knowledge, and who have problem-solving mindsets.

You will be working with all internal teams of Crypto.com on high availability products and tooling critical to Crypto.com's success.
