We are currently seeking a Regional (TASK) Sales Operations Manager who will be responsible in managing the regional teams' sales analysis, forecast and operations data. Working directly with sales leaders and sales operations colleagues, you will develop and manage projects, monitor sales trends, analyze sales data, problem solve and suggest improvements on system efficiencies within the Sales Operations team.
This position reports to the Regional General Manager and this position is part of the Commercial team based in either Singapore, Korea or Hong Kong working on-site.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
+ Work closely with stakeholders to turn business problems into analytical projects--perform analytical deep-dives to identify problems, opportunities and actions required thru data mining and visualization.To leverage on existing dashboard
+ Identify opportunities to develop forecasts, predictive and statistical models, segmentation schemes, and data-driven analyses to enhance productivity
+ Actively involved in forecasting revenue from backlog & expected order, review pipeline management thru ads data. Report to management the weekly, monthly, and quarterly estimation PO Booking and Revenue Booking vs the forecast, stock allocation, Estimated Shipping Dates etc
+ Maintain KPI Bowlers, CRM system for data integrity, Pricebook & CPQ quotation system at SFDC
+ Work closely with cross-functions teams to ensure accurate data is available
The essential requirements for the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience
+ At least 1 year of regional experience
+ Strong MS Excel skills
+ Knowledge in Power BI or similar data visualization tool
+ Good command in written and spoken English
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Experience in a commercial team within the science field
+ An MNC work environment

**Your Experience**
+ 8 -10+ years of field sales experience focusing on key customer accounts and delivering value to Enterprise or Major-level accounts in the cybersecurity industry.
+ Extensive platform selling experience in complex sales with multiple buying centers.
+ Experience selling SecOps SIEM, EDR or CNAPP (DevSecOps, CloudOps) solutions is highly preferred.
+ Established trusted relationships with CIOs and CISOs with the ability to influence and drive strategic conversations
+ Expertise in applying complex solution sales methodologies to drive results.
+ Experience working with channel partners and a deep understanding of a channel-centric go-to-market strategy.
+ Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment while collaborating effectively with sales engineers and cross-functional teams.
