Job Description
As an Execution Trader, your responsibilities include:
- Executing trades across asset classes such as global equities (China A-shares, Hong Kong, US, Europe, Japan, Korea, Australia), fixed income (USD-denominated corporate bonds, US Treasuries), derivatives (equity index futures, swaps, FX forwards), and options strategies.
- Monitoring order flow and market dynamics in real time; providing market insights to the investment team.

The Successful Applicant

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with experience in CEX platforms, capable of independently driving the development of complex incentive systems. You will be fully responsible for the planning and implementation of product modules such as VIP levels, fee mechanisms, points and rewards systems, and coupon systems, with the goal of improving the retention, engagement, and value contribution of core trading users.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the product planning and continuous optimization of the VIP level system, user segmentation mechanisms, and trading fee management rules.
- Design and implement points systems, task-based incentive mechanisms, rebate structures, and coupon products to support trading growth and user engagement.
- Coordinate with data, risk control, and operations teams to build a configurable and monitorable incentive system platform.
- Continuously optimize the effectiveness of incentive strategies and user experience based on data analysis and user feedback.
- Gain in-depth understanding of the incentive needs of market makers and institutional users, and assist in the design of B2B trading incentives and subsidy programs.
- Participate in the strategic planning of trading growth-related products, and drive the implementation of products from scratch or from 1 to N.
Qualifications:
- Experience in core product design for centralized exchanges (CEX), with an understanding of the underlying logic of order matching, clearing and settlement, and user level systems.
- Systematic understanding and practical experience with fee structures, VIP incentives, and user loyalty management mechanisms.
- Familiarity with the behavior patterns of trading users, and the ability to reverse-engineer incentive design logic from business objectives.
- Ability to independently lead cross-departmental complex projects, including product plans, progress management, and risk control.
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in evaluating product effectiveness through metrics and continuous optimization.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in building a closed-loop incentive system combining “points + tasks + mall/coupons.”
- Familiarity with market maker management, institutional user segmentation incentive needs, and rule management.
- Understanding of trading market growth models (such as GMV drivers and LTV models) and the ability to apply them in product design.

This opportunity involves working directly for Partner Terence Liew, consistently ranked across various legal directories including the Legal 500, Doyles Guide, Singapore Business Review and Chambers Asia Pacific for his expertise. Terence has extensive experience in multi-jurisdictional, high value aviation insurance matters and claims, acting on behalf of global major insurance companies, airlines, GA operators, leasing companies and airports and airport service providers. In addition to the litigious side, in this role you will also assist the Partner in advising clients on complex insurance coverage and regulatory matters.
The team advises clients based in Asia and also those in the London and European markets. You will be exposed to a varied practice, and the nature and size of the team will mean that you will be heavily involved in all aspects of matters allowing you the autonomy and development opportunity to drive and make a significant contribution to the matter outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on policy coverage issues and quantum across various types of insurance, from mid-size losses to large and complex claims.
- Advising and representing airlines in matters arising from major accidents.
- Drafting and reviewing policy wording and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients.
- Advising on regulatory and dispute resolution matters.
- Assisting the Partner in managing and building client relationships, including assisting with business development activities for key existing clients and new clients.
- Collaboration and mentoring to work with the wider team across Singapore and Hong Kong.
You Are Either Already At Senior Associate Level Or Ready To Step Up. You Have a Solid Litigation Background Ideally Gained Within a Top Tier Private Practice Law Firm Environment. You Ideally Meet Some Of The Below Criteria
- 5 years post qualification experience in Hong Kong or Singapore acting for and advising clients.
- Due to client need, UK, HK or common law jurisdiction qualification desired.
- Strong general litigation background with understanding of insurance, regulatory, or aviation liability matters and claims.
- Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with reputable or international law firms is preferred.
- A genuine desire to build on and expand your skillset within a global law firm context.
- Strong academics, with excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None

Responsibilities
- Generate new business for the firm by identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing proposals
- Lead and manage audit engagements for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Mentor and guide professional staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to business development initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide strategic insights to clients
- Holder of HKICPA’s CPA or equivalent, PC certification is an advantage
- Solid experience in managing IPOs and various types of audit engagements
- Proven track record of managing complex audit engagements and leading teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A proactive approach to business development and a passion for driving growth
